  1. Honestly I wish they changed it to Identity V (DbD clone) deep wound:

    The victim bleeds out inevitably after a set period of time. However, once the bleed out is triggered, they have PLENTY of time to be completely invincible.

    As a result, killer either has to keep following them for another 40-60 seconds or so, wasting time to get that one person….

    OR they let them bleed out and others to waste time healing (preferred method).

    This feature has existed for β€œborrowed time” of that game for MANY years and was never broken. Strong, not broken.

    DbD has a very bad balancing design of β€œsecond chance clutches”. If you take an endurance hit in Identity V and BLEED OUT…. Welp, you die. Slowly.

    If you take endurance hit in DBD, it is a minor inconvenience

  2. Honestly, instead of having deep wound be part of Legion's and Death Slinger's power, it needs to be its own thing for both those killers. Kinda like how madness is a Doctor only status effect. Make a whole new status effect for Legion and Death Slinger

  3. i honestly can't figure out how you chane deep wound in any capacity and not have changes for deathslinger and especially legion. unless it is something like more bloodpoints or getting rid of the black/white visuals — neither of which i think would be noted on the roadmap bc they're not huge changes.

    okay okay im calm but yeah i think you're on a good track, if they do change deep wound I think it's going to be neither a buff or nerf, it'll be a tweak of what the effect does and the hindering is a super cool concept, hope it ends up being similar to that

  5. I would like to see a new effect for it and everything but it's realistically going to lighten the darkness & B&W effect and maybe hemorrhage so it can't be 99'ed.
    An entirely new effect would be too much for so many perks, addons, and killers applying it.

  6. I understand your frustration man :(. Patch 5.7 buff little bit legion but honestly I don't think they moved him from the bottom of the roaster.He is an annoying killer but too easy to counter. Add ons now are garbage BFFS is awful worst add on ever, I don't understand why they took off Cold Dirt for that thing. I hope to see a step back on legion and see again a decent prime legion who can down survivor with his ability (the 5th hit is a joke). In the end It is a game born for fun and became extra competitive during these years where people backlash could kill killers (skull merchant, freddy, legion, death slinger, billy, ext…) I hope the next update won't destroy all the killers that they listed.

  7. maybe not give survivors speed boost when frenzy them again if they are in deep wound already like hindered so you be able to catch them before they make it to a strong pallet

  8. I'm afraid it might be the same as the first version of finisher mori. They'll try to change it and end up leaving it for x months. But I hope I'm wrong and that they'll prove all the doubters wrong. We're all afraid it'll be too strong or too weak and boring.

  9. Deep wound should insta down, but only tick down for every action the survivor commits while not in chase, and mending should take longer the more charges because insta mend kinda ruins the point. or better yet, make it so only medkits can heal you, not other survivors until downed/hit again

  10. The match is pretty much over if you play 4 survivors who just spread all the way across the map and sit on gens. I played a match on midwich, and would hit my first survivor, get killer instinct for the 2nd, and not be able to reach them because they are upstairs. Beyond annoying. They need to make franks mix tape base kit and add about 10 seconds to frenzy. Also a +.2 speed for each chain hit. The amount of times where I don’t even get killer instinct is annoying as well.

  11. I dislike deep wound's current visual effects when you have it. Has actually gotten me killed before because how the grey scaling muddies the environment.

    Although apparently its not enough of a visual effect for my friends who play alot less than me to realize they have it; Because they always bleed out somehow and when I ask they say they did not notice the screen becoming grey, dark, and bloody.

  12. I think getting hit with deep wound again.Should accelerate the timer and at the end of the timer you simply drop a health state. This would be extremely effective with legion who the first hit automatically puts you into the injured state… I also think legion's ability to vault through windows and palates.Should be his default ability with feral just giving you extra speed and bleed

  13. No perks in the game apply Deep Wound except Endurance perks on the Survivor end, but is fine becauseit gives them a 3rd Health State to compensate. Only a few select Killers have access to Deep Wound from their add-ons. Only Legion and Deathslinger have Deep Wound base kit, but Deathslinger's isn't annoying because he can still down with his power, meaning Survivors won't mend often unless they manage to escape chase. The issue is with Legion because Survivors feels like they are mending for most of the match. I hope what they plan is good.

  14. Idea for legion frenzy hitting people in deep wounds, hindered based on how many frenzy hits they've already done. Like 9/11/13/15% hindered for 15 seconds for 0/1/2/3 people hit with it still downing if you've already hit 4.

    The 9 percent would really only activate if for some reason you entered frenzy to specifically hit someone who was already in deep wounds

  15. I hope it is something about deep wounds hinder by half percentage for each charge depleted, because deathslinger after landing a harpoon quite have a difficulty to catch up with survivors (after slowing themselves down To reload and being slow killer overall)
    This could make deep wounda be not that punishing on throwing everyone downed but also making survivors more wary on their gameplay
