  1. From how DBD has been acting Im looking forward to VHS and have recently downloaded IDV again, its fun and goofy. Unlike dbd, this game tries to say things are balanced when they're clearly not.

  2. The reason people still play this game is because they play with their friends online and able to steam roll solo players, which you will see in all aspects of life, not just gaming. That's why this game is so good and fun for survivor and Behavior caters to that. That's why it's a top15 game and the devs make a lotta money, the ultimate goal of the game. Even if everyone were to quit today, they have made great money and would probably continue to play custom lobbies with their own circle of friends. It's not set-up for competitive players, but instead casual. They won't cater to competitive players cause it makes casual less fun (the majority of the player base). Just seeing this from a business perspective makes total sense with the decisions they make. There is no other popular asymmetrical horror multiplayer game out there, so essentially there is a monopoly and are free to do what they will. 4v1 games have proven difficult to make, and this game is as good as it gets, for now.

  3. Idk it’s hard because according to devs, this is exactly what they wanted for killers. They’re balancing the game so 2-3 deaths is the median. So it’s a dev win but not really a win???? It’s dumb basically! Lol The game is heavily sided for survivors to get THEIR WIN CONDITION, right now.

    Plus.. i ignore every annoying survivors at the end who like to click or T-bag at the exit gates.. i don't give them the attention that they crave & desperately want I'd rather to go away & break pallets or walls or something

  5. I think all hexes should be global honestly where you have to break all the totems in order to remove the hex. There is almost no reason not to have it work that way with the introduction of boon totems. Perhaps with each additional hex you add a bonus totem to the map to make a full hex build still somewhat viable. I also think Haunted Ground should still activate when cleansed by a boon.

Its so sad that a game would be so lop sided at "high rank" You really could do much unless they messed up… it wasn't you messing up that stopped you from getting more kills it was them having so much on their side and like you said this is before boons come in. The only way i see this game making a come back from these decisions is if the devs actually use the MMR system to get information on how to actually balance the game and not fake balance via just having the MMR system force you into games that statistically give you 50/50 kills if you have meta everything and play 100% perfect the whole map…. idk… maybe killers need to start auto DC'ing when they notice all the survivors have the meta 3 perks like survivors do when they see a killer has an addon they dont like.

I agree there are many things the game could change to make the game killer friendlier (smaller maps, less pallets on some maps, faster regression, boon changes etc.) But this game you chose to let it end. You could've 100% kept the 3 gen and kept getting hits even if the SB away. They can heal all they want but they would've slipped up. There's no way all 3 of them were on comms because there were a couple of times they really could've gotten that last gen done faster

  9. It's sad to hear you say you're giving up Tru3. But I don't blame you. The devs make it clear they want this game to favor the casual lower-level players and survivor feedback matters more than killer feedback because there are simply more of them that play. It would be funny to see the killer role just have no players ngl.

  10. I gave up on killer. I'll play a match to get the extra blood shard points but even at low rank (I'm extremely rusty) they pair me up with Meta Seal Team 6 squads. Kinda sad. I used to really enjoy this game but it's too sweaty anymore for a casual fun game.

  11. Your complaint towards the current survivor gen speed vs default killer regress speed sounds arbitrary and conceptually ignoring the time limit survivors have to escape, so they would need to be advantaged in that sense.

    There needs to be actual math behind your reasoning if that is your approach to nerfing survivors, just stating the current ratio isn't really a convincing argument for change.
