yeah she seems a little too strong. dbd is going to run into this problem of making killers too over the top

hex pentimento, plaything, and undying are about to be my new faves, especially on pinhead, nemesis, or pig since they all have mechanics to keep survivors busy and off gens

Ppl don’t seem to know this: it isn’t a bug when your crows change height- if there’s a ramp within the 8m aim line they’ll follow the elevation change.
He's very good at predicting survivors movement. I can't hit crows the same way as he.

I can tell already survivors are going to despise going up against this killer so I expect nerfs IMMEDIATELY.
I think this killer proves more than anything what makes a good killer in this game. Map presence. That's why so many of the 1v1 killers they've put out recently tend to suck, they spend so much time going after one survivor by the time they actually hook them 1-2 gens have popped. The fact that Artist not only can gather important information by sending her crows out across the map she can possibly injure or even DOWN from across the map makes her very viable.
Wonder how many people are like me: A Killer main who quit because Killer is too stressful and bullshit, coming back to play a Killer that is more or less on the strength of Nurse, but ultimately just waiting for a VHS key

Shes really good with aura perks, I'm using Nurses calling and Discordance, and then her gen blocking perk and I think I'll try ruin. She is great but does not excel in denying gens.
When sending birds to a gen, send 1 crow only to a gen you think they spawned on, then use your other 2 to attempt to injure them. Using anymore than 1 at a gen will give you a long cooldown so they can remove the birds before you can get an injure state on them. So use 1 bird everytime, it’s a very fast cooldown if doing so and using an add on can also help

Ruin, undying, thrill of the hunt/haunted, pentimento? They should end up breaking two or three totems which will protect the gen speed totem for a while. Use haunted if you feel like you'll be close enough to use the insta downs, but if you feel like you won't be able to (i.e. a ranged killer or using special attacks) you use thrill of the hunt to make cleansing or blessing the totems waste way more time (it's like 1 full minute of cleansing if they only cleanse undying and ruin and never get interrupted, +16 seconds if they cleanse thrill of the hunt before then, not to mention that if they don't cleanse thrill of the hunt it'll keep slowing them down for pentimento)
Ive notice if someone walks into a crow the get the birds but if they already have the bird and run into the crow nothing happens

Hex Pentimiento is a pointless perk in my opinion. I may not have as many hours as you do but every match I have played most of the time they just bless the totem.

I’ve been running boons to counter pentimento all day yesterday. It’s the best option but also hard to know when the killer is running it or not. Every time I saw it, it wasn’t against the artist
One of most oppressive add on is definitely the purple hand. It will force survivors working on gens together all to move or all risk losing health states
