Simple yet effective build for Trickster & Huntress | Dead by Daylight

This build is very simple to use and might be worth a try if you’re trying to get better at these Killers without overthinking your perk choice. The general idea is to use Agitation to trigger Pain Resonance, secure basement hooks and overall make it really easy to set up a defensive play around contested gens. Tell me what you think!

  1. The new Scourge hook has a HUGE flaw that the devs completely overlooked. The second effect of the perk (impeding survivors from continuing to work on a gen) can be bypassed by survivors. When a killer hooks a survivor, the aura of the hooked survivor starts being revealed at the start of the hook animation (removing from shoulder and placing on a hook), HOWEVER, the effect of the scourge hook only happens once the survivor is ON the hook, giving time for survivors to stop working on a gen, wait for the animation to finish and then return to what they were doing.

  2. It shows what state the game is in when Otz says that hopefully hooking that girl for the first time doesn't cost him the game. When two people are dead on hook and he has four gens up.

  3. So I don't have Blight so I don't have Undying, but I found a good replacement is to use Iron Grasp to give more time to get to some of those far hooks.
You can also run an info perk, because I also tried it with BBQ while I was grinding bloodpoints and it worked good with that too.
