  1. So by coincidence Otz put out a video about countering a tombstone Myers yesterday and I picked up from it the very advice you gave in this video about keeping an eye on how long it takes him to hit tier 3. Which came in handy this morning when I actually went up against an infinite tier 3 Judith's tombstone Myers on Coldwind

  2. Yeah, it’s been like this for awhile. I, myself, that the hand was a definitive answer after hearing about it from Ayrun awhile ago, but then I heard about this PWYF mechanic once or twice on Reddit and Otz has mentioned it before. I still tell people to look at myer’s hand, cause I don’t really feel like explaining the whole mechanic to ppl like my gf who don’t even play the game lol

  3. So with NOED or Devour Hope or other perks that effect movement speed, you could potentially be fooled into thinking it's standard issue Myers and not Tombstone Myers. It would be very interesting to know the exact speed the hand starts to appear closed. I definitely want to learn all I can about Michael and DBD in general. So keep it up Stalky! <3 Survivors should definitely t-bag at the exit gate to confirm an open-hand Tier 3 Myers has a tombstone piece. Do it for science.

  4. So essentially, if he is in Tier 3 and is running at you with hand open, it's practically guaranteed he has Judith's unless he's using some controller trick to make himself move slightly slower. Otherwise it's not so easy to tell

  5. I usually find out it's a Tombstone while trying to open the exit gate after not being hooked all game. For real though, I'm glad Myers has this mechanic because it makes for some terrifying games. It does suck to feel like you're playing well only to have Myers end your whole career with his first touch.
