Cold dirt should be base idc, maybe even 3 seconds but ofc 3.4 seconds is still nice
Why does picking up someone in frenzy deplete your entire power gauge? keeping the power gauge remaining would make more sense

I kinda disagree about Dead mans needing a nerf. Its big use is coming from being coupled with Pain Resonance and it has easy counter play once you know the killer has the combo. When the killer picks up a downed survivor, let go of the gen till they are hooked and either get back on the gen or go for the save.
Even if the killer comes to your gen, depending how far away they are that will chew into the Dead Man timer and letting go then mean they cant kick the gen or anything since it will be blocked for how ever long is left
