I feel like his perk claurophobia could be buffed by increasing your terror radius from 32 to affecting the whole map while two people are healing they receive the 50% slow down on healing.
Other than that bamboozle and pop are amazing standalone perks.
The problem with yamaoka and blackwater is they're way too big.
