Every time I win a game with the huntress and plague I’ll throw all my hatchets or I puke constantly on the last hooked survivor because I think it’s funny but I get messaged by survivors thinking I’m mad and salty.

No such thing as low level matches guaranteed with current matchmaking. One way or the other, if you win a few matches you go against strong teams, sometimes even before that.
If mending breaks the endurance as in some circumstances Legion and mending addons might become meta.

Its for sure not a bug, the devs are just lying about it because they realize if they did not claim it there would be a mass exodus from the game. They knew about the fact that it could stack from before, as that was brought up to them and they said it was intended. ( This was before this terrible idea of making a ton of perks have endurance on top of the other crap. )
