IMHO: the amount of skill required to get any value out of killers like Oni and Billy, who just do so poorly in tight-spaced with tough turns, is very high. If it were me, I'd be running into the wall every time I had to take a 90 degree turn… much less tracking survivors and being able to effectively down them.
I love how bhvr is nerfing thana because it's too oppressive instead of just, ya know, having survivors stop doing gens for 18 seconds and heal….
