  1. Does anyone else find these positive updates BVHR are implemented awfully convenient since Evil Dead The Game was released?

I’m not comparing the two games, or implying BHVR feel threatened by EDTG.

    Just yeah…… Convenient.

  2. BHVR NEEDS to address the map problem. It’s the biggest problem I have with the game right now.

I was playing Wesker last night and having the most fun I’ve ever had playing dbd. But then I got RPD and it instantly sucked away all of my fun and just made me want to stop playing. I come from other games like League of Legends that are competitive and abandoning the match is unacceptable and can lead to account ban. I haven’t intentionally left a game more than a couple times in my life. RPD is the only map in dbd that makes me want to abandon the match. Not because I’m starting the match at a disadvantage. Preschool, Lery’s, The Game, feel like that too to name a few. But I can still play the game on those maps, it’s still dbd. On RPD, 90% of my chases are following scratch marks without even seeing survivors. I don’t see survivors outside of the main room unless I’m already on top of them. This is somehow much worse than even the previous iteration of RPD, which at least had some straight corridors. I can see how the people that developed the map could have created it without realizing the huge line of sight issue, but I have no idea how any playtester gave the green light to this monstrosity. I can only assume BHVR doesn’t have playtesters outside of the development team itself, which is such a bad idea. This is why you need independent playtesters. It NEEDS to get cleaned up. It’s so bad. It is not an acceptable state that most of the player base wants to abandon the match as soon as they load in. We should have map bans too (more for killer since killer is more variable and impacted). If they do that they could also track data for how often maps are banned to see what the problem maps are. And I bet if the do that RPD wpuld have something like a 400+% ban rate averaging more than 4 bans per lobby, basically banning RPD and then deciding what to ban with the rest of the bans.

  3. Another potentially cool feature would be automated BP spending. Like let's say you're at the BP cap, and you just want to spend all your BP on Wesker. The game would randomly pick your addons, perks, and offering and spend that 2 million on him. Not an absolutely essential feature, but would be cool to save time

  4. Being able to get a character from level 1 to prestige in like perfectly around 1 million is so much better, it was tiring having to get like 1.6 million for a prestige. Even ending a round with 20k is still close to enough to complete a bloodweb if you go cheap enough

  5. "Good job, BHVR"
Oh, come on, where was a job? 😀 Them just changed numbers… but this should have happened a long time ago. now remove useless addons for survivors at least ;/

  7. A prestige system that doesn't remove what you gained from using bloodpoints was a huge improvement and I think if they did that from the beginning people wouldn't be so upset with the grind in the first place. Adding the benefit of giving ALL TEACHABLE perks for prestige to all survivors/killers gives prestige a reason. However making the act of prestige a need pay bloodpoints to earn prestige rank is kind of a back-step.
