In the first cutscene, Blight was walking through what we can assume is The Void, it’s the place where survivor lose hope, and killers refuse to kill are placed.
If you can find videos of the tome entries I highly recommend listening to them. It'll give context to a lot of the videos.
And the one for the Trickster is more of a complete narrative because it is 2 movies from 2 different characters that fit together.

You should listen to the killers stories on the dead by daylight wiki it has audio as well as text
Also for 13:14 was the Hag’s lore. When she was still human her friend used the hexes (hag’s power) and when she made fun of their teachers death karma got bad. And that hex meant good luck

I found a video series on youtube that seems to be right up your guys' alley, it's called "Dead by Daylight logic compilation" and was made by Viva La Dirt League. It makes fun of the "DBD Logic" revolving around the game and its mechanics, and is really funny and entertaining. Even for people who do not play the game themselves, as long as they have a basic understanding of DBD's premise, the video will be very funny to watch. The one that starts with the moon going yellow and the plant growing, that was Trapper chained up. Blight was in the lore before he was Blight, experimenting on the other killers (they have blighted skins in game too). Eventually he used the serum on himself and became The Blight
The guy who challenged the female boxer is Ace visconti. And he's in his late 60's.
what you guys probably don't know is the four charcters with masks and the knife. They were in totem for THE LEGION

Its odd to watch just the clips like this with no context as all these clips are tied to big lore logs of the characters. All of the clips were backstories of all the playable survivors and killers ingame

A reason why the soldier blew up from the huntress is because there more likely was a landmine in there or she tripped a grenade that was on the soldier
