  1. It’s unfortunate that I feel the damage has been done already with him. Sure people might come back to him later, but I think the bullying pushed most off him super fast. I know I see only like one or two singularities in a whole day of playing and it’s been that way for a few days now.

  2. On paper, the 2nd round of emp changes seem way harsher especially when framed as a solution to Singularlity still being bullied occasionally.
Like 7 to 5 emp chests wasnt impactful cause the were excessive in the first place. However dropping 5 to 4, while increasing the need fo Emps by making them stun for way shorter and also making the Emps take longer to print (and to use). They now also slow you, at least its not stationary.
So yeah 2nd round was way harsher and literally hit every aspect of EMPs except like range, but lets see how it plays out.

  3. and now we have a killer that can't be looped, like nurse, and only struggles on lery's… like nurse. Because he has every chase perk base kit and you can just throw on 4 gen perks and 4k every game with a mid-to-low understanding of the killers power. Because killers shouldn't be something you have to learn like nurse, it should be something like Wesker where there is no cooldown on your power and you can leave a rock on your right arrow key and an auto clicker for your m2 and still get a kill. I think its too early to tell the killer needed buffs, because I think on average people were making mistakes with his power, i still had people trying to shoot me directly to infect me. But instead we give the killer the most powerful effect in the game which is basekit hindered, because every killer needs a way to make the survivor half the speed of the killer. Killers cry over a 3% haste buff but they don't mind tacking a 20% hinder on every killer power.

  4. I haven’t noticed much of a difference against good teams. You still really don’t have a power unless you’re on an open-ish map. Any map with decent LOS blockers absolutely destroys Larry.

  5. i disagree totally. i think a killer whose power is designed fundamentally to only be countered by an item is not well designed. it's an all or nothing situation for survivors, either you take away the power entirely or singularity's power is oppressive. there's no in between which i think is the unhealthy thing and why this killer is horribly designed.

  6. The concept of killer unique items that interact with the power is very exicting for future killer design cause now bhvr can go fucking crazy and add an item that plays around it available to all survivors.

  7. So one thing i discovered playing singularity and his targetting. I dont know if th8s has happened to any one else but twoce ive had a sound bubble (explosion or gen pop) block his targetting. The first time i thought it was in my head. the second time i could definitly tell.

  8. This guy make me smile, you can actually tell if a killer is good when he's salty at him (like it happened with Spirit and Merchant), otherwise he just overrates shitful killers like Demogorgon and Singularity, when they are B tier at best, really cringe

  9. Map dependence is a big issue but there are other killers with similar issues. I think EMPs are still a bit too strong since they don't take an item slot and so always having 1 in your hand is a full power counter to him. 4 crates that can still be sped up and work on the next emp while you hold the current emp make any moderately smart solo queue survivor difficult.

HOWEVER!!!! he's so fun I don't mind losing as much lol

  10. internet doesnt make it easy to view positives, but when content creators make focused videos on good changes its marvelous what attitude changes happen around certain subjects

  11. i have to disagree, ya he looks fun but he's weak af. Ive gone up against quite a few and never felt very threatened by him. the case nerf did basically nothing when my team can just emp each other.
