I know it deactivates corrupt, but does plot twist trigger killer perks that activate when survivors enter the dying state, but don't require a basic attack?
dark devotion, infectious fright, eruption, blood favor, and forced hesitation all say 'enters the dying state/loses a health state by any means' probably more that I'm forgetting about.

Can plot twist negate jolt and eruption prock like if you are about to go down activate this perk and go down yourself without killer downing you with his power or attack that will be very nice and good antidote to gen hold skull merchant and knight
Another thing this perk will be good against is knight summon if knight send his minion to you from far away you run a bit and then active this perk flop down and start recovery if you have recovery perk with you will get back to full healthy before he can pick you up
i do find it very funny that killers were bringing deer stalker to find the cages on the ground.

Dramaturgy can be interesting as you can use it when the match starts and if you get the exposed for 12 seconds you can use it without fear in the next chase as you can't get the same effect in a row. So the worst thing that can happen to you is that you scream. Using Vigil with it would make sense so you recover from exhaustion faster so you can get more usage out of the perk and maybe use Fixated or Urban Evasion so you can still move faster without running while waiting the exhaustion to go away. So using it is just you remembering what happened last time you used it and weighting the pros and cons.
