In regards to Chapter 30 being Predator, I wouldn't be surprised for one reason: a possible Terminator chapter. They could be skipping out on Dutch for the sake of saving Arnie's likeness for a Terminator chapter. While I don't really care, as I'm not that big a fan of Terminator, I know there are a lot of peole out there that would be happy to give up Dutch for the sake of a T-800. It is pretty disappointing for me, as a huge Predator fan, but I don't make the rules.
Honestly, my two least favorite potential chapters are Friday the 13th and predator. They just seem very boring to me but I know that is an unpopular opinion
Well said and I agree with all the points. As for Jason, I'm a fan and I do have a hard time picturing it for ch30 due to being a paragraph etc. All one can hope for is that there is still hope for Jason sometime in the future.
I've always wanted Predator to be in DBD! He should definitely have an invisibility ability and also I think he should be able to send downed survivors into the shrinking acid net thing, kind of like how Pyramid Head can send survivors into the Cage of Atonement.
Some of my guesses on abilities. What if the alien leaves eggs and if a person gets close to it a Face huger it will jump on them and if it’s not removed by another person in a small amount of time it will burrow and they will lose a health state after a short time. Maybe the alien gets acid but it has a long cooldown and can be left on spots or can break pallets from afar. But that could be really strong if you don’t have to stop moving to break a pallet. I think vents will be likely. I know the aliens sprint is kinda iconic so maybe the alien will get a pseudo oni movement ability but it’s not an Insta down but you have better turning. A lunge would be cool but I think demo would be to similar. Or maybe they give us a kinda demo killer because most people can’t get demo. Maybe the aliens tounge has additional range allowing them to hit over pallets and apply mend. I don’t think wall or ceiling hanging would be doable. But I think some type of stealth will be in it. Maybe when it’s prowling it’s slower but has no terror radius and can’t attack. But when it leaves it shrieks and charges out of it.
Idk so many ideas that likely won’t be the aliens abilities but I’m excited at how cool this killer could be.
The wildcard frontrunner I'd throw in IS Terminator, with Arny's likeness. I'm all-in expecting Predator next, but don't be surprised if Terminator does show up as a killer. (rip Sarah Connor survivor if paragraph tho)
Im going to say for now FNAF or Candyman since there's not really a main survivor that are coming with the next chapter. Being it's a paragraph that rules out predator, or F13. But I'm not 100 percent , it's Just my opinion and a guess. 😊
My question for Pennywise is this: We already have a clown-based killer. What new thing could Pennywise bring to the table other than more fear mechanics?
I hope if predator goes in dbd they can do the avp map with the pyramid and it could shift some room maybe each time a gen is active or just by time or each death and maybe it could lead outside the pyramid and the exit gates could be on the ice

i would like the xenomorph to start the match as baby xeno bursting through the chest of a random DBD survivor, with a weak start to justifies a more powerful mid and late game kit

you talk as if the content for Pennywise has to be launched into DBD for the contract to be done. But Couldn't they agree to a later launch date as long as the production of the chapter has started…. or what if King wants it back inorder to make the deal ?
