Read more Dead by Daylight ➜ https://deadbydaylight.mgn.gg

Compared to the past few killers the new killer The Xenomorph really hits the Simple And Effective very well. This killer really fits into the jack of all traits master of non category much like Demogorgon but with more potential in consistency.

I hope you all are ready! Sit back and enjoy some Survivor massacre! Hope the dbd, dbd mobile Dead by daylight mobile, and dead by daylight crossplay communities all love the Rank 1 Killer Gameplay!

  1. really great work on the alien so far imo, but instead of lengthening the tail whip distance i'd rather wish for a wider hitbox on the tail hit because it rather seems to be more like nemesis where you actually have to kinda swipe the whip to hit strafing survivors. i haven't seen anybody succeeding on that with the alien yet though. so i assume that it doesn't work that way with the alien.

  2. I wouldn't be surprised if BHVR either thought of, or have plans in the future to make Xeno a 110% movement speed Killer, and switches to 115% when in Runner mode. Kind of to emphasize the importance of Runner mode.
Also, DO NOT put Turrets in front of Control Stations. It DOES NOT work. 4:00 shows that Red got out of a CS, had a Turret facing him, and it didn't activate until it was too late. I would have broke it to remove it as a resource down the line, but Red was able to escape instead.

  3. While people compare the Xenomorph to a love child between Demo and Nemesis, his tail attack can be treated a bit like Pyramid Head's power minus the windup and wall penetration. If you're within range any survivors that try to vault or throw a pallet are going to get hurt for it. His perks and design seem to favor pseudo-stealth, so you can get some nice jump scares.

  4. I haven’t played Xeno yet only watched your videos. What do you think about the power giving more movement speed like you said, but making it harder/longer to get when above ground? When you go into your tunnels you gain the power super fast like it is now.

  5. I really enjoy the simple and effective killers most. Like dredge is my main. Can’t wait to play this character in October or November.

But like even if it’s an addon to give a tiny bit more speed but removed the lower terror radius in runner mode that’d be cool. More customizable attributes you can give to killers that seriously change the playstyle in form of addons is always welcome in my book. Like if we could change the attack to swipe like you said but at a cost of alil range (if they buffed the range of normal tail attack in love), maybe addons that keep undetectable after a “tp” like sadakos addon could be fun too?

I’m surprised you gave it a tier already, you usually wait until much later after launch.

  6. I feel a good beginner build with Xenomorph would be Franklin's Demise, Rapid Brutality, Ultimate Predator, and Born in Daylight(The Anitblind perk), to really give some scares for Survivors who think a flashlight will save them, while also adding pressure in chases to make them decide to go back for the rare item they lost or continue running in hopes of losing the Xenomorph who is on their tail.

Also, that one map where the Dredge came from with those dark areas, can you imagine how terrifying it would be if Xenomorph had Insideous and waited in the dark next to a gen for some survivor to come work on it, not knowing it was there until it pulls them off it? OH man so many people would SCREAM and think it's like an actual ALIEN movie!

  7. I wanted to grind and play hux so bad but the stress of properly and effectively managing his power is legit to high. Towards the end of me choosing to play him I literally just didn’t want to deal with making him work. Fun and visually appealing killer but his power is just not it for me sadly. Xeno however is actually fun with it’s power and not just a cool model I can actual grind this killer and have fun and not so much stress because my power can’t get value.

  8. I think he either needs a speed boost of 5% when in runner mode or an even smaller terror radius of 16 m. They could make the turret more powerful to counteract this. Besides that I think he’s looking very good.

  9. I like everything about the Xenomorph's design. Runner mode makes you a little stealthier and can be amplified with perks if you want to go that route. His tail offers a solid chase tool that's decently strong but not oppressive in any way. The turrets have a lot of back and forth counterplay in that it can revert you to being a basic M1 killer but you have plenty of time to destroy them if you're not caught off guard by them. And the tunnels play an integral part of his design in that they let you traverse the map quickly, allow you to track survivors for when you surface, and allow you to quickly get back into runner mode if you do get knocked out of it by a turret. I love the fact that you actually have a lot of incentive to go back into the tunnels whenever you can. There's rarely a reason not to if you have a down moment. Nothing in the kit is overly complicated or overpowered and you're not punished for using your kit in any way either. It's really nice.

  10. Loving your video, so hyped about Xenomorph. Just want to point out, as a massive Alien fan, that you keep referring to them as "he", but the Xenomorphs are all female (the facehuggers are the "males")

  12. i think it would be really cool if the tail acted kinda like deathslingers harpoon, and flung the survivor towards the killer. I know it won't happen but man it would be kinda funny

also the worst thing about him is 1000000% his chase music that shit is AWFUL! Honestly I could make a better chase theme in like 2 hours. Give me 2 hours to download a legit (cracked for sure) copy of FLS and I promise it would be better than this garbage lmao
