Ever since I watch/play with those characters I've always had hope to see them in dbd
I think a good Chucky would be TV show Chuckie, because he takes over the main characters body from the curse of Chucky and then has a bunch of clones of himself that he can activate with an amulet so they can be a pretty good design
Chucky could just be a twins skin with his gf as charlotte and chucky as victor. It wouldn’t be good AT ALL but it’s possible
Concept: You are the human, you use multiple Chuckies, you use the dolls to trap lockers, chests and hooks.
If you trap a locker, a survivor goes inside, the doll trap the survivor and give a noise notification.
If you trap a chest, survivor unlock the chest, the doll jumps onto the survivor like Victor.
If you trap a hook, the doll injures the person who unhook.
You can recall the dolls.
The amount you can use depends if you want, like the pig or trapper, or hag.
Perks is a toss-up.
Addons can be discussed.

The dbd devs said they know a way to add Christine and Kujo. Chucky is possible for the devs.
Alien was the only franchise that was more highly desired for me than Bioshock. Bring Rapture City to the Entity's Realm with a Big Daddy as a killer. I could probably come up with a decent concept if you wanted.
I always thought that they could make a legendary skin for the twins that would be Tiffany in human form and chucky. Tiffany would replace Charlotte and chucky would replace victor. And instead of being attached to each other Tiffany would just hold chuck on her hip or something
the answer for chucky is with his most iconic Kill, the voodoo doll. if someone can come up with an idea of him powering up his voodoo, like Michael powering up his stalk, and then stabbing the doll hurting the survivor. it would also be how he picks up the survivor, he just puts the doll over his shoulder, and the survivor float above him, like Sadako.
There needs to be another left 4 dead dlc, and the tank needs to be the killer
Literally the only way to do it is make a Chucky skin for Twins where Charlotte is Tiffany and Victor is Chucky. HOWEVER I will put my brain to the test and see if I can think of anything, How could we add a doll to DbD without it looking silly, being too complex or Twins 2.0?
My first solution was to remove the initial problem of dragging them to hooks but how do we do this? Could we have Chucky chant a spell and the survivor be teleported onto the closest hook and survivors can struggle against that and the channel changes length depending on how far a hook is? Probably not since that changes the main gameplay loop. Chucky possesses the dying survivor and walks them to a hook where when the survivor struggles they wobble like normal and a torch timed at the right moment breaks them free? This could work but people might not like having control ripped from their hands and its quite the Chucky Lore rule bend. We don't want to swap control to someone else to do it cuz that's Twins 2.0 but you could always make it Charles lee ray or Nica or Tiffany who controls dolls . Out of these options I would say the best one is the survivor possession.
Next what power would Chucky have? I say a weird fusion of Hag, Artist and Singularity so hear me out. Chucky can freely swap between different dolls left or "Hidden" around the map and put them in lockers, chests and leave them around the map with a slightly faster movement speed and smaller terror radius but makes loud running sounds. At any moment you can swap your control between these dolls and play like Victor but with a normal attack and lunge. The human component can pick up, carry and place these dolls while having the normal speed, terror radius and attacks if DBD really doesn't want a permanently small killer. When entering a doll while it is inactive you gain access to a unique ambush pouncing out of the chest, locker or running along the floor in the direction you are facing damaging survivors in the way. (We could even let Chucky send dolls forward remotely if we wanted too) Survivors can "Check the batteries" of dolls when they are inactive that will temporarily disable them if the channel is completed but of course at the risk of being downed if the Chucky ambushes as that doll from this state. They can also lock lockers and chests to slow the killer down if it tries to control those dolls. Chucky dolls are left in a surveillance state shortly after leaving that doll highlighting any nearby survivors with killer instinct.

Well in terms of dream licensed chapter, there is one I had: Call of Duty Zombies. Seriously, Call of Duty Zombies would be a fantastic chapter. Treyarch Zombies has so many horror elements and so many things you could pull from to create a chapter. The Survivors would obviously be the Primus crew Richtofen and Nikolai, with Tank Dempsey and Takeo as legendary skins. Originally I was thinking the map would be Der Eisendrache since we don't have a castle themed map, and the killer be the Panzersoldat. But I realized the Panzersoldat wouldn't fit since he's heavily armed and armored, and only shows up when the players are overpowered as a balance check.
Then I realized the real perfect killer and map for a CoD Zombies themed chapter: Alcatraz Island from the best Zombies map ever made Mob of the Dead, with the killer being the boss zombie of that map Brutus, The Warden. We get Call of Duty Zombies in DBD, and we also finally get a prison themed map. Two birds with one stone
As for perks, for the survivors I had a brilliant idea of integrating Zombies' iconic Perk A Colas into DBD. To get the perk you have to find a glowing soda bottle power up somewhere on the map, and it will grant you one of your perks.

The only idea that I have for Chucky that could make sense is that Chucky is a giant 2m doll with the power of making himself tiny, faster and stealthier temporary.
In that way he can be tiny but able to hook survivors
I haven’t seen anybody bring it up because fit’s a stupid license to bring into dbd, but since this is a video about a potential small killer, I figured that now would be the best time (besides a dream license question) to say that my dream license is gremlins. I even have a little power envisioned for it. The core idea of victor was transferred over, with reduced movement speed. Aaaaaand that’s where the similarities with twins ends, and where the gremlin becomes something new. For starters, it has interactions that victor doesn’t. It can hop onto dropped pallets and use them like a jungle gym, it can use windows like normal, and when hooking a survivor, it just points at them and tells the entity to do it itself. Which it does. And lightburn returns! And finally, onto the power. There are just about 50 million different items for the gremlin to pick up, which change its power.
Chainsaw: removes pallet climb interaction, and replaces it with pallet break interaction. Greatly increases lunge distance. Successful lunges instantly down the victim. The lunge takes longer to charge, and gives off a more noticeable sound que. when stunned by a pallet, the chainsaw will drag you 15 meters in a random direction, after which you lose the chainsaw.
Buzz saw: replaces lunge action with chuck buzz saw. This acts as a huntress hatchet, except for one thing. The saw’s mid throw arc angle is based on where you were looking when you threw it relative to where you were looking when you charged it. If it misses, it gets stuck in a wall, so hope it gets stuck low enough for you to grab it back, as you only get one shot.
Toy gun: replaces lunge action with aim. While aiming, a crosshair will begin to appear in the center of your screen. When shooting a survivor, you need 2 hits to take a health state. After shooting once, press M1 again to shoot in the same general direction as the last shot. After firing 6 shots, you must either save the gun to throw at someone or discard it.
Dynamite: replaces lunge action with ready dynamite. Once ready, press M1 to throw it. After a short fuse. It blows up. Damaging any survivor in the blast for 1 health state and knocking anyone in the blast range back (including the gremlin!)
Survivor items/interactions: if the gremlin is stunned in any way, or misses a lunge, you can kick it. This will send it flying. If it hits a wall. It will bounce off it it, slightly extending how long it flies.
Gizmo: survivors can “deploy” gizmo if they find and collect gizmo. Gizmo will then walk around, creating loud noise notifications. The racket will only stop if the killer interacts with gizmo, teleporting him to a random area at least 16 meters away from the killer, and the process repeats.
Baseball bat: if the killer lunges towards you without a chainsaw. Or if they were kicked at you, you can parry. This will send the gremlin flying, resetting the flying duration if they were kicked. This can be done endlessly, so if you get stuck with 2 people playing tennis with you, good luck.
Over all, this idea is chaotic stupid.
How about we play as human Tiffany… CARRYING Chucky. Chucky is holding a knife and makes quips whenever Tiffany holds him out like a baby for him to stab survivors. Maybe she could CHUCK him at a distance and an AI Chucky can run around stabbing people in a certain radius idk

Uhh…the dolls name isnt called Chucky, its called a "Good Guy" Doll. The person who possessed the doll is called Charles Lee Ray. The name Chucky isnt even brought up until the doll "be-friends" Andy Barclay and tells him to call him "Chucky".
While Chucky doesnt weigh much, do to the voodoo, he possesses the strength he had as a full grown adult man.
Victor cant do any of those things because the devs have no need to enable him to due to Charlotte being the one who does those things.

We can have an alternative for Chucky and there IS an alternative to Chucky. He can split his soul and possess humans thanks to the power of Dimballa, which btw would be his power if he were ever a killer in DBD. The Amulet of Dimballa/Dimball Voodoo enables the user to do many things with their soul.

You clearly dont know anything about the Childs Play franchise or how great a Chucky killer could be properly conceptualized by someone who ACTUALLY knows the lore and powers. Stick to doing interviews.
I was exposed to Chucky at an age too incredibly early to the point where I've been scarred for life. THAT SAID, with what the devs have been doing recently regarding alternate animations for carrying and hooking and other little things, Chucky does not seem far out the window in that regard, I mean look what they did with Sadako.
As someone who has only seen 1 Chucky movie all the way through (Bride of Chucky, that also being the one I was exposed to as a child conveniently enough) The power options for Chucky are kind of endless. If you do a deep dive into him as a character, study his moves, thought processes and conversations you can see he's quite the artist. His kill style in the early movies is just "dude with knife" but as he goes on throughout his career he gets more creative.
He's got a lot of potential game mechanic wise that could make him both interesting and fun to play as and go against as a survivor that doesn't just make him a Twins remake, or another Ghost Face. I'm not exactly sure what kind of mechanics, BUT the potential is there.
By the end of writing this I am feeling kind of inspired to look into it to be honest and offer up a legitimate concept option.
I had a idea but I don't think it'd be on google anywhere. The idea is that Chucky's carry is instead him forcing the survivors to walk themselves to lowered hooks using that voodoo magic he has, with the wiggle function serving the same purposes, impeding the killer's ability to get survivors to the hook, but tossing off Chucky instead of escaping the killer's grasp, stunning Chucky. For a power it would have been Chucky with a nailgun that functions like Trickster's knives but also imposes debuffs, with 25% nailed survivors needing to mend if they escape before losing a health state (Does not apply if a health state is lost). If the survivor gets to 75% nailed they get a speed debuff, and if downed using the nailgun the survivor's crawl speed is reduced by 25%.
Also a special kill condition like Ringu would be cool, where per match one survivor who is knocked down using the nailgun while at hook stage 2 can be killed with a special mori, during which they are nailed to the ground by the hands, and then stabbed.
He gets the wife and the kid in different movies actually, and if Chucky had to have a second character to help him it would be Tiffany. And I'd be ok with that. You'd be able to switch between the two sort of like Charlotte and Victor, so tiff could do all the heavy lifting, but I'd propose that when you switch to the other they actually spawn near where you were standing so you don't have to walk across the map, and that Chucky would operate better on his own than Victor does, allowing you to only switch to Tiff when you absolutely need to

Chucky could easily work. Make it the man. Charles Lee Ray. Not the doll. Maybe bring in Tiffany somehow. Honestly as long as I can stab people while hearing Brad Dourif shit talking survivors I'd be happy.
