Trying out what is probably a really dumb idea for a new series, where I test out whether or not survivor have learned how to play against a difficult thing that killers can do. In this first video, we are simply playing The Twins in the most efficient way possible to see how the average team has adapted thusfar. Feel free to share other ideas for this if you have them!

  1. I really like the idea of this series, theres many killers people still dont really understand power wise and many people refuse to bother understanding. Another issue is that your counterplay doesnt always feel like its working especially when your against a more experienced player playing that killer, although on their side they are definitely feeling the fight.

Its not super conducive to video output but i think increasing the sample size to a few games multiple days throughout the week would be a pretty decent sample size and allow you to get videos on weak/no counterplay, medium, and proper counterplay without needing to grab from scrims and allow for a much easier platform to talk through what they did wrong or right. You can still stick to two matches per video but youd have a better idea of the general community baseline.

As a sadako main i am definitely looking forward to her entry in the series. Pre rework people just outright refused(and rightfully so sometimes) to even bother interacting with her power, and now post rework people are too stubborn to WANT to interact with her power which has become mandatory. As much fun as quick condemns are its pretty disheartening that the communities refusal to counter her has caused a vast majority of sadako mains to jump ship and abandon playing her entirely.

  2. Twins are my guilty pleasure killer. Generally I enjoy playing them and do so whenever there isn't a critical bug on them. Many survivors don't know how to face twins and many twins players don't know how to play them ether so here are some tips

There are two different schools on how to play twins Victor first and Charlette first.

Victor first is about using Victor to attack a survivor first for pressure. This is great for slowing the game down. The downside is that Victor is often kidnapped by some survivors leaving you a m1 killer.

Charlette first is about using Victor to finish a chase. This makes chases a breeze…however The downsides are you need to get a hit first and Victor is often somewhere near the survivor and you have to trek over to hook them. And that can cause a ton of complications.

Both playstyles are great and viable but learning to swap between is the best. Victor can make quick work of many chases and be used to shut a survivor down for long periods of time.

Broken status effect is twins best friend. Their best perk is forced penance due to the fact that slugging is a part of the process for twins your gonna be able to get a lot of protection hits. Anything to keep survivors hurt.

Franklins is another wonderful perk as greedy survivors will try to loop back for their stuff which can give you a great opportunity to hit them with Victor or have charlette proxy camp some charges off the item.

The best way to aim Victor is to aim in a direction and try to strafe until the target can be pounced. They also must hit the butt of a injured survivor because the hitboxes are garbage.

Other good perks on twins oppression, pain res, gift of pain, hysteria, tinker, sloppy, thrilling trimmers, knockout, jolt. I haven't played twins in a while so I don't know how the newer perks work but that hindered one is nasty.

  3. Survivors have not learned how to counter Plague. Pretty sure I have Max MMR since I rarely get anything less than a 3 or 4k and I still get survivors that cleanse the whole match giving me my power. There seems to be always one person that drags the whole team down with their feeding.

  4. To counter twins you hold Victor hostage that's what I always do and it works pretty well for me I love when Victor is on my back and if they want Victor back they have to chase and down me

Or I could just go into a locker and waste time like that then hope out last second when the bar is full depends if there close or not

Just keep Victor on you for as long we possible

  6. Have survivors learned to play against Legion? The counterplay forever has been to split up and not heal but legion is still so good against non swf players. Could be interesting

  7. last time I played twins, I tried to play fair… until the survivors started saboing hooks and body blocking and doing everything in their power to make sure I couldn't pick anyone up. Got super salty when I got sick of it and slugged them all for the 4k, like, what did they really expect?

  8. I personally would love to see a follow up video for this killer as well as every killer on how to "counter play" and adapt to the killer.
You could go into both the beginner aspects like a breakdown of how the power works and some related techs to deal with them. (Anything like holding victor hostage or disarming a trapper trap allowing someone to walk across it while its still 'disarming') You also could address the most common/popular addons to lookout for and how to recognize or deal with those.
I like the idea of each of these "Have Survivors learned to play against X" each having a video "Here's how to play Survivor against X" almost making each killer have a two part episode.

Great vid as always Tofu! Get some rest and feel better!

  9. Dude, your not about to act like twins is OP. Legit weakest killer in the game. What kind of bias crap are you peddling? Seriously? Unsubbing after this.
