In comp it is map used across a wide array of killers depending on the tourney, the killers that play on it,
Nurse spirit hunters slinger singularity wraith bubba ceno Chucky oni, and in you’re own words the game should be balanced for top level players, and comp is where all the best players are and it’s a very balanced setting,sooo ?

These are good players though. Against most survivors, this is one of the easier maps to play killer as tbh.
Chucky main here. Pair hardhat with the shoes. Destroy the pallet with a scamper and get a speed boost from the scamper as well. It's actually pretty clutch if you use your hidey ho accordingly. Close gap on that survivor as you destroy the pallet in one move, only complaint is the boost is very short but it works pretty well.
You don't know how to play this map at all. You ignore the building with gen on it. The building only has one gen, and rest of the map has gens really close to each other primed for 3 gen or multiple gen patrolling. You seem to be lacking understanding of simple trade-offs and area control.
Yeah DDS is a killer sided map, not even remotely up for debate

Me as a Killer player with no experience as Survivor looping a P100 Huntress around the main building for two gens
