My first game of the event had this combo and a skull merchant.
Weave attunement is so overrated! If they are running it 99 your item. If Franklin's is in play pick your item up when it is safe and drop it in a corner of the map!

Noticing a slight anti-synergy between Legion and Weave Attunement: When they pick their items back up, they become Oblivious, meaning no heartbeat when chaining frenzy hits since it works off of terror radius
