Don't do a tier list, save the time and energy. Even if he do a tier list, people just gonna drag him for not putting certain killer in tier that they think they belong.
If they really want a tier list, there are so many tier list done by different streamers and youtubers, go get the opinion there.
Tru3, do you think the modularity of this game really makes it impossible to balance properly? Every killer working on every map, with every perk, all into the same game mode? I was holding onto hope for first few updates that they'd make unique game modes for specific killers, cus some of them REALLY feel like round pegs fit into square holes.

I think I played this exact same killer the other day. Same cosmetics, same playstyle, also hit me twice in the same frenzy for no reason. We had a pretty decent team though so got a 4-man escape, normally I'm not the best looper but playing her made me feel like I was!
Do a Tier List of killers based on the overall average of their:
1. Ability to end chases quickly
2. Map/gen pressure and
3. The versatility of their power
