survivors, definitely don’t blind me when i’m in frenzy, especially if you’re injured
Who the hell dont know these elementary abc bullshit?
This is the most basic?? How about some actual tips?
Tips for the worst killer
Bruh xD
Very surface level tips. Not all that helpful
gonna be completely honest, this is not your best work when it comes to tips for legion.
Legion's power guarentee's most survivors will be injured for the duration of the match. however, it doesnt really help you down them, as hitting ones already mending repeatedly will only cancel power. the power doesnt help with downs, so you have to pull more weight without the help of a power when you want to down someone.
along the lines of baiting pallet drops, as mentioned before, you can vault them, so you often get a free frenzy hit after doing so.
after frenzy hitting a survivor, you get a heartbeat(killer instinct) on all survivors inside your terror radius that arent in the mending state. so not only does it guide you on where to take chase next, it can help a ton with general info and finding out where survivors are.
remember you are able to cancel power, so if someone seems far, after seeing heartbeats, continue frenzy for a short time for distance, then cancel. by the time you find them, chances are frenzy will be off cooldown.
each frenzy hit will increase your speed by a small amount
as mentioned, the 5th frenzy hit will down a survivor. what isnt mentioned is that it will always down them. so if a survivor somehow mends and heals to healthy, you will still down them no matter what.
when in frenzy, due to increased speed, when you're about to hit a survivor, they are very likepy to spin, since it is very easy to overshoot your attack at that speed. in these cases, be patient and just stand still, and theyll often run right into you by accident.
(extra tips in the form of perks)
monitor and abuse is very good, as it will increase your terror radius in chase and decrease it outside, so you can sneak up relatively easily, get a frenzy hit, then find others after getting that increased terror radius from chase.
discordance helps to find grouped up survivors, helping to get those extra chained frenzy hits.
any perks to do with injured survivors, my personal favorite is alien instinct, are very strong on legion as they can often guarentee everyone stays injured for the duration of the match.
Here are some ACTUAL tips from an ex-legion main (ex because i stopped playing the game for awhile, not because i don't play legion anymore):
Getting blinded while in your feral frenzy will kick you out of your power, but will not add any stun or cooldown to your basic attack, so if you're let's say for example, chasing an injured survivor and for some reason drops a flashback, look back at the flashbang, get blinded and then attack with your basic attack, it's hard to track them since you're both deaf and blind from the flashbang, but with enough practice this trick will do you wonders, it's called the "legion tech" for those who are wondering.
Feral frenzy isn't just used for slowdown, but it's also used for chase and map terversal, a killer that doesn't use his power efficiently is a killer unworthy of victory, so use your power as often as you can
Survivors who are experienced and have game knowledge would spread out to deny legion his power, so if you hit someone with your power and don't see any heartbeat (Killer instinct), it's usually better to chase that survivor and down him because you'll be wasting your time traversing the map, and by the time you do hear killer instinct your power would most likely be near ending, so don't bother.
Legion is one of the best killers in terms of slowdown, so bringing slowdown perks are a great way to further strengthen his ability and give them more time to chase survivors (I personally use chase perks because his chase potential is weak)
Legion is very vulnerable to curtain techs like the window tech and corner techs and every tech evolving line of sight and scratch marks, because legion doesn't see scratch marks nor pools of blood while in feral frenzy, so do keep that in mind and be more observant while in your power.
For goodness sake, please, do not always go for the fifth hit down, it's honestly so rare to get it that you'll most likely end the trial without getting a single one (because like i said before, experienced survivors split up, denying you that privilege), go for it when you know for sure you can get it.
Undetectable and oblivious works against you while in your power, because legion needs his terror radius to detect survivors through killer instinct, and since undetectable gets rid of your terror radius, and oblivious gives you no terror radius, you won't be able to see them (Buuuut, there is an add-on that counters that idea, that being the rare add-on Susie's mixtape, which give you a 20m detection range that works even if you do have both of those effects)
Filthy blade (Purple add-on) increases the mend time for survivors by 4 seconds (from 12 to 16), but it doesn't just increase the mend time for survivors hit by feral frenzy, no no no, it increases OVERALL mending time, so if you hit someone who just got off the hook, they have to mend for 16 seconds, off the record? 16 seconds mend, septic agent? 16 seconds to mend, dead hard? 16 seconds to mend, basically any endurance hit will now take 16 seconds to mend instead of 12
While in chase, most survivors won't throw the pallet down on you while in your power of they are experienced enough (Unless they can throw you out of your power), because they know you can just vault it and hit them anyways, so if you're chasing a good survivors, don't respect pallets and walk right through them as if they weren't there, and if they do drop pallets, trick them into drop it and just vault through it.
When feral frenzy is about to end, lunge, you'll gain extra distance and it could be just the sole reason why you managed to hit the survivor.
Just like wraith, legion is a hit and run killer, so don't stay on the same survivors for a long time, hit them with frenzy, find someone else, hit them, go for someone else, hit them, and then down the last hit survivor or the survivor with the most awkward position
Hitting a survivor already in deep wound won't do anything and will instead kick you out of your power, actually, it works against you because now the survivor gains distance from the hit and you have to go through the fatigue
Information is mandatory for success, so aura perks really help legion out, his best perk imo is discordance, which reveals the gen that's being worked on by 2 or more survivors by a yellow aura, and it gives a sound notification, which means not only you know which generator is being worked on, but you also know where grouped up survivors are, which is what your power feeds off of, very great perk and it comes with them so you don't have to buy another character to get it.
Hope that helps! Good luck in the fog! ^-^
