  1. Applying pressure > kicking gens

Kicking a Gen when you have tinkerer is counter productive.

Kicking the Gen with tinkerer and pop on cool down is super counter productive

Applying pressure let’s you know where 1+ survivors are and dictated where they have to be and can not be, when and how long

Kicking a Gen with pop costs then 20%, yes but it can be tapped as soon as you walk away. Kicking it without pop could cost them 1% in the same situation

Survivors are lazy and a Gen with progress is seldom abandoned, even with good survivors. Low level survivors will never leave them

Killer is all about making them do what you want, managing your time and making them waste theirs

Survivor is about making the killer do what you want, be out of position and wasting their time by making them spread effort across the map

You can win games by pressuring survivors and never kicking, you can never win a game by kicking and never pressuring survivors

They have to do gens to win but you don’t have to prevent them from doing gens to win
