  1. I love how he says "kamsahamnida" in his mori 😂 100% a K-pop star or general Korean star that turned evil 🤣 I just wonder how good his power actually is in an average game 🤔

  2. i wonder how PWYF will work on him, does a knife get rid of a stack or does a hit state? just to balance out that PWYF if not, he will be the worst killer for that perk, iron maiden will give him some value

  3. Smash hit is gonna be horrible, calling it. Two reasons:

It’ll cause you to be greedy with pallets and go for stuns, leading to getting hit more

With frame rate issues and latency issues, if you do go for a stun but happen to trade, the perk is completely useless as you get the speed boost anyways, and you still take a health state hit, AND drop the pallet

  4. His power seems to freeze survivors on last hit instead of giving them a speed boost. I think he can be pretty good with the add-on making it you require less hits to injure survivors…

  5. slap stbfl on this cat and machinegun ppl down after the first smack, otherwise its an interesting balance between always landing knives or smacking them. I’m curious if a knife hit will interrupt actions tho.

  6. I think you seriously underestimate Starstruck. Survivors are exposed for 30 seconds after you pick up, and hooking someone never takes longer than 16, so you’ll always have at least 14 seconds to down anyone that was exposed after hooking. You can also drop the survivor after picking up and you’ll have almost the full 30 seconds of exposed, which could be excellent with Infectious Fright. It could turn any M1 killer into more of a snowballing killer. I think it will be unexpectedly strong.

  7. 4:54 Holy Shit, I love how Ji-Woon turns and winks at us. It's like he knows that you're controlling him and he's giving you a hint he knows or silently saying: "Don't embarrass me in front of our prey, got it?"

  8. I feel like he's pretty weak currently. His power seems somewhat useless, in a lot of the scenarios where you would hit 8 knives you would gain more distance just by chasing without holding the knives out and m1'ing them. Comparisons to huntress don't favour him very well, for example if you're able to get right in a survivor's face as Huntress you can throw a hatchet then chase for the M1 and they don't get very much distance however with Trickster you can't do that. This comparison also works for plague even more so maybe, you can get right up to someone's face in the open and get someone broken then instantly follow it up, with him they just escape. It seems like in a lot of scenarios it's either more beneficial to just M1 someone or that other killers just do his job but better and personally I like to see unique killers rather than mashups of previous ones. While I do think his design and actual power is very cool I think he needs some balancing in order to be strong, perhaps as a base kit he could require half the knives to get someone injured, or that while holding them out he still moves the same speed/he could be a 4.5 killer.

  9. I think Tofu is under appreciating his ability to injure without then getting a speed boost. I think that it's obviously better to m1 if they are already injured but if you are able to get an m1 to injure OR use knives to injure it is so much better to use knives because then they won't gain as much distance and you can m1 to put in the dying state much sooner

  10. In my opinion the new survivor perks are awful, especially the one where she loses her scratch marks I personally see that as an encouragement to abandon ur teammates

  11. Self-preservation is a dead perk in my opinion since we already have lightweight, and it lasts the entire match and doesn't require you to be near a survivor who's being attacked for it to activate. Just my opinion.

  12. I feel like the best use for the knives is to get shots whilst looping, hit them with the eighth knife, then since you have no M1 stun and they get no speed boost they dont get to escape to a new tile and reset the chase, they just die. Plus you can ricochet knives of the floor, so if you use that add-on plus the other one that makes it six hits not eight, its only three ricochet hits. So if you get good at ricocheting off the floor, thats six hits to a kill. That is tougher in less open terrain and jungle gyms, but then the better players will get hits off the walls, this killer feels rough for just playing casually, but i do think this is a top five tournament killer. People are gonna grind out this killer so hard, and his skill ceiling looks really fucking high
