Honestly, I believe there are some people that watch your videos just to see what you're having fun with just to complain about it. This is speculation but I firmly believe it because it happens every time.
They nerfed twins, Freddy (multiple times) and even Wraith. Because those were killers that really needed to balanced, guys. So yeah, if those "OP" (read: irritate entitled survivors in any way) kilers got "rebalanced" than so will Legion.
I think his design is proper. What it should be. The only thing I dont like is that stringing the hits together while facecamping a hook against a team rescue is a bit too strong. But I think its design is completely fair.
I hope he doesn't people just need to give it time and learn how to counter him.

They shouldn’t their are still stronger killer than them. But with enough crying I’m sure survivors will get them nerfed.
