  1. I think that ruin change is absolutely insane. If that were in the game I would be running it on every killer. Mobile killers would 100% run that perk as the ability to traverse the map even faster is invaluable. The speed is also stronger than 3 stacks of PWYF that's insane. You've also made it into a stronger whispers, Whispers biggest weakness is its size, reducing that to half of what it normally is would make it easy to locate survivors in the beginning of the match and make stealthing nearly impossible. I understand that this is a hex, but this is way too much value from a single perk.

    After watching more I can firmly say I disagree with most of this list. You made tinkerer into a completely pointless noob trap, and DS into an invitation to tunnel rather than a deterrent. These perks need to be updated, not reworked into entirely new concepts.

  2. The hearing effect is used, unofficially, in two places. Knock Out and Flashbang. You don't get the status effect, but that's what happens. Your hearing is muffled and there's a high-pitched whine

  3. I may edit this and add more later, but I have to pause and say: that Claustrophobia buff you did is SO COOL! That's super interesting to me, just because of that constant map-change aspect. Survivors would need to plan what generator they wanna do for their 4th, or else they may screw themselves over for the last gen they need to do

  5. Going to be honest, not a fan of the Jolt/Surge change, not because the nerf to regression %, but just the fact that removes regression entirely. You see, I dont use Jolt/Surge to slow the game down, I use it with Surveillance for information on generators, Jolt/Surge allows me to hit multiple gens in a wide area and get information as to what gens arent and are being worked on, it's like a better version of Gearhead.

  7. I'm curious as to how self care would work with legion. If legion hit you, are they stunned as if they hit someone in deep wound? Or would you be a hit farm for legion? Either way there would have to be something else there, because the first one is unfair for legion, and the second is unfair for survivors.

  8. Once again distortion and small game don’t get the changes they deserve. Too many aura reading perks for killer and not enough tokens for distortion and small game needs to have the tokens changed according to hex pentimento and shattered hope. Sick of then avoiding perks that need changes and just fixing up the stupid ones that probably won’t get used anyway. Also they need to rework lucky break

  9. BBQ doesn't need a nerf. It is played so frequently not because it is strong or meta, but because it multiplies BP gains. You could remove its gameplay effects entirely and it would still be the most popular killer perk in the game simply because of the BP gains. Many killers are essentially playing with a handicap since they opt to bring BBQ for the BP. When you see veteran killer players get serious about winning, ones who don't need BP anymore, they often abandon BBQ in favor of actually meta perks that provide more slowdown or better intel.
