  1. They could've made Ruin Regress 100% and that would be a harsh-but-reasonable nerf.
They also could've made it neck-itself when someone dies, so that its still as strong, but it would discourage tunneling.
    This? This is overkill.

  2. Ruin isnt dead, its just fair now…

like why should a perk that gives you automatic regression, also have the ability to regress gens as fast as 4 survivor repairing it…
and if you want more regression… just use another perk that synergies with ruin, just like survivors are forced to do to have fun builds.

so killers… please start understanding how many limitations are on survivor perks, compared to how free everything about killers are from their powers, to their multiple basekit abilities, to all the perks (even if theyre bad theres still little to no limits)…

i agree with killers that the fact its a hex, makes it bad…
so to help with this they could give it a hex retribution esc update where every time the totem is destroyed, the killer can reassemble the totem and the ruin regression goes up 100% every time until 400%, then if its cleansed again its gone forever with no additional effects…

im a survivor main and i think this makes ruin one of the most balanced perks in the game

  3. I will never understand why the devs don't realize they need good incentives for the killer to leave the hook if they want less camping. Ruin, Pop etc. were the only perks good enough to encourage killers to leave the hook at higher gameplay levels. If they just nerf them, camping will reign supreme for winning as killer.

  4. I'm going to presume you're aware of this build but heck, a comment will help your channel, so even if you are aware of this build, you're welcome 🙂

Ruin, Pentimento, Plaything and Lethal Pursuer, (insert sad ruin nerf smilie here)

  5. With the new overcharge even this Ruin wouldnt be that good, specially against teams that break it in 30s. Hope they keep changing perks for the better, not only nerfing some and buffing others. It's better to have several good perks than a small group of meta perks.

  6. If you had told me a year ago, that Surge or Overcharge would be more powerful than Ruin, I would have called you mad.

    Yet here we are.
