I gotta be honest here I am taking a break from dbd for now wasn't really into Wesker but I did love the dredge but when behavior did that massive meta change I personally hated it being a killer main made it just tooooo easy and I didn't like it so if this knight is out I may and I maybe "may" jump back in to try this chapter
Changes he needs:
Survivors should NOT be able to see the path you set and the guard’s detection range.
Guards need better detection
Banner needs to be removed
In my opinion its really easy to counter him + not talking about the new techniques people are gonna create overtime
The speed boost you obtain from the banner needs to be tweaked, it’s so easy to abuse.
Ppl are such crybabies and complainers, the knight is fine where he’s at. Has solid anti loop, gen pressure, and zoning potential. Same ppl who keep complaining are getting 3ks and 4ks.🙄💯☔️🤡💩 Swear, killer mains want 0 to none counterplay and will still STBFL camp and set up nasty 3 gens with eruption.

I think the idea of his power is really neat…but I feel that there are so many ways in which its current execution fails. Here are my suggestions:
1) Allow the Knight to swap between Guards, each guard type having its own cooldown timer.
2) Allow multiple guards deployed at once, up to one of each type (see individual cooldowns above).
3) Do not allow Survivors to see guards' patrol paths or detection radius.
4) Increase the duration of patrol. Even just an extra 5-10 seconds would make a big difference.
5) Guards should patrol after completing a "break" action, up to their normal patrol duration.
6) Remove the "plant the flag" pathing and animation from the guard. The instant they detect a Survivor, the guard plants a flag at its own current location and immediately starts hunting.
7) Improve the AI pathing during the hunt (so that they don't get stuck on corners and walls) and make phasing through pallets and vault locations consistent.
8) Remove the Sprint Burst and Endurance buffs from picking up the flag (why is this even a thing at all?)
One major change that I thought might be neat is changing the deployment of his power to something more like Pinhead, where the Knight projects his power forward to select a location to spawn the guard and the guard then patrols a limited radius around that point (radius size perhaps selectable between 2 or 3 different options while casting). This way, it is easier for the Knight to drop a guard to defend an area without having to manually draw out an elaborate patrol path (which is a huge time waster).
Cool power…but any power that relies on AI needs to be balanced very aggressively to make sure it is effective.
You must be willing to do something different for different results.
His anti loop is mediocre, no real gen pressure and barley any zoning potential. I love playing a killer where all a survivor has to do is hold w to win a chase against him. Swear survivor mains just want a killer they can bully.
I think removing the green orb and the white radius would be good, I don't think that would be overpowered.

Im writing this before watching the full video…. I think hes ability is so cool but feels very weak…. U can put the ability right on a survivor but the ghoul wont start hubting directly and the survivor can run outside the zone before the ghoul is fully ready

Was going to lose hella respect for you if you said he was strong. Your "Mid" is perfect. But I say, he's terribad and only has his power to copy Evil dead. Either way, he's D-Tier, and asscheeks.
Imo c to d tier. Banner is too easy to pick up, you can see their vision radius, it takes a while for the power to start, you can see where their path is going to be while the knight is placing it, knight can’t see survivors while in his power. Beyond that they are a base m1 killer. The main benefit I see for them is the ability to break things with their guards but that doesn’t even apply perks. I love the theme and art, but mechanics wise it is not good.
Hopefully bhvr changes legions mori so all the legion characters participate in the kill like the knight.

Isn't the knight the worst M1 killer. He's literally a nemesis but worse. And nemesis is D to C tier… What's worse is people say he's A tier. But that's because people are letting you win or learn as the new killer 😒
