The changes you are suggesting are garbage. You are talking about sweat survivors. There are WAY more casual players than sweat lords. These changes would just punish the casual base in order to appease the high mmr killer base. I'll agree with these changes when they remove an old outdated mechanic that benefits killer massively. Bloodlust. I see almost every killer match call of brine eruption etc etc. 9/10 matches. When in play killer I see the survivor meta perks on 1 or 2 survivors every other match. I see more survivors trying different builds more than killers do. When I play survivor I only change to meta perks if my first 3 games are against killer with meta perks cause I get tired of seeing it. I don't wanna play meta but if killers are only gonna use meta then I have no choice but to meta up myself.
With all due respect, these changes seem like they might be okay for top end players, but would destroy the portion of the player base that doesn't play at professional levels.
I wished that perks like dead hard ,gen progression and gen regression perks didn't exist,

I love how you never do videos like this for killers. You never deep dive into the boring gen meta the powerful killers or annoying killer perks it’s sad that you want the game to only be favored to killers and not balanced.
I agree with most of these changes, but the Windows and Prove Thyself nerf is a bit silly.
I'm genuinely confused on how windows makes you an auto-pilot sweatlord just because it gives you the information to not run into dead zones. It's not like it makes you better at looping, you'll still see survivors greed pallets way too much or be confused on how to properly loop it or connect it with other tiles. The main reason its usage is so high is most likely because SoloQ is the worst role to play, especially after the 6.1.0 changes, so knowing what tiles other survivors have already used is really valuable.
And the "Strength" of Prove Thyself is way overblown imo. It saves ~6 seconds when 2 survivors are repairing, ~10 seconds with 3, and ~12 with 4. I get that 6 seconds is a pretty decent chunk of time for the killer to lose, but at the same time, survivors grouping up is THE worst thing to do 90% of the time. If you interrupt that 2-man on a gen, neither of them are doing anything right now, rather than if it was a solo working on a gen.
I agree with a lot of the points, a couple of things stand out though.
First the change to exhaustion time being upped to 60 seconds I feel like ends up hurting new players/average player experience more than it does counteract good players getting it back in chase (or consistently avoiding chase), a change could still be in order like lowering the amount of time your movement speed is increased, somewhere around 2/2.5 seconds.
Second, Adren could be solved as a perk by making it not override your current exhaustion status effect, meaning that if you say, use dh in a chase you wouldn't then still get the speed boost from Adren, getting the extra health state then is up the air (in this situation I know you would just get out of deep wound). I think this would make it less of a no brainer with another exhaustion perk, again, could be detrimental to the new player experience, picking Meg and only using her perks only for them to not perfectly synergize but that may just have to be the price for her original perks all being so good.
Third, adding hemorrhage to Res I like but only when self healing, making it a lot less effective with a med-kit (being that meds are already so strong), personally I think if you get healed to 99 by a teammate you should be allowed to keep that heal, then it would take more work to optimally use and you would still need to commit either self-care or a med-kit (still being nerfed in this combo) to work by yourself or in a swf you would need to be doing gens with a teammate which means you couldn't be splitting on gens which I also think is a positive.
Fourth, you didn't use Zanshin Tactics in the analogy for WoO and that is just silly.
i still stand by the idea that the circle of healing strength should correspond to distance. if you're right on top of the totem, it performs at its full strength, but if you're max distance from the totem, you heal much slower.
The problem with your version of prove is the fact that as of today 4 survivors can smash gens fast. Like, FAST. This is why tunneling is so effective.
So the thing you propose without any basekit changes to gen speed and ESPECIALLY toolboxes is a nightmare gone loose: you either suffer from 4 survivors smashing gens to not give them prove OR you suffer from survivors smashing gens under extreme prove values.

DO NOT change windows of oppurtunity! its a life saver for newer players. i totally disagree with this video. windows isnt half as useful for pros than it is for beginners. nerfing it would mostly punish newcomers. on top of that it isnt even that bad for killers so i dont get the problem.
With all due respect the adrenaline change is terrible. Imagine if wake up completely countered no way out. No way out and adrenaline reward you and shouldn’t be touched

Ehm… Regarding the CoH nerf… why not just add the option to snuff out or destroy the boon. Just like survivors have with totems, they can destroy or bless them. Why can't killers snuff out or destroy active boon totems by choice?
Windows of Opportunity cannot get nerfed. It is the only thing that helps me in solo queue. It is absolutely needed for solo players and it would only hurt them. The problem with how behaviour nerfs perks ALWAYS is the same thing. Hurt solo, doesnt matter for swf. Good swf's just call out pallets they drop or dead aones and they dont need it.
The litteral killer equivalent of WoO is Zenshin Tactics. Not a buffed Surveilance.
Bro every game with perks will have some meta and I understand you don't enjoy meta but a ton of survivors and killers do. It's a part of the game and doesn't effect the player count by much at all
I've recently come back to the game but when did killer mains become such baby bitches? Really a windows nerf?
What if boons had different cooldowns after being snuffed and if you had multiple boon perks it used the longest cooldown?
Naah windows is fine. It's the maps that need balancing bro. And your preferred changes are not really good tbh.people wouldn't use a single one of these perks with ur changes man.
i never knew W.O.O and P.T (Windows Of Opportunity and Prove Thyself) was a huge meta use perk
