  1. some films have a contractual clause that allows them to ustilize the actors likeness after the production in some cases indefinitely. This supposedly started in the 90s when they released an all new star wars figures line and they could not use Carrie Fisher's likeness. The Leia figure was described by most at monkey like and not like the actress. Later on they included clauses and many have had 3d scans accomplished for action figures and marketing. Such clauses often improve the likelihood of a lesser known actor to acquire a role and or garner more $$$. The clauses may have limits as to what the imagery or likeness may be used for, i.e. not using it to produce adult films…. but rather within the confines of the character they portrayed. Doug Bradley for example may have had such a clause as there were figures of Pinhead and Geometric made vinyl models of the cenobites. Other actors have played pinhead and they looked very much like Bradley… so that ambiguity may have played a role. I was disappointed that Ripley didnt look like Weaver. Hopefully this will change and they will have her likeness in a new skin… then again DBD is somewhat an alternate reality with similarities. I personally would have changed a few things about the xenomorph like letting it wall crawl and over terrain… it could see which terrain it could traverse… I would have had a perk that allows it to web/resin a pallet, window/vault, and or locker so that it could not be used by the survivors. A purple level version of that perk would allow up to 3 objects at a time total…. with a cooldown between each object being webbed. if the xeno webs another other object after the 3rd the first is unwebbed. I hope they introduce new moris like a face hugger being slapped on a survivor and then a chest buster.

  2. I find it hard to believe BHVR didn't even enter into talks with Sigourney Weaver regarding her likeness in this chapter (esp after the whole Doug Bradley fiasco) and if they did what could have possibly been the issue for her not to be included in the game? We know violence isn't the issue, and I doubt there are any problems with the source material for Ellen Ripley to be included in the game as everything looks pretty true to the movies.

  3. Sigourney Weaver, when approached by behaviour in an attempt to get her likeness:

I won't allow it. That is unless of course you pay me ONE HUNDRED BILLION DOLLARS 🤫

  4. Ngl I had no clue they had gotten Kyle Gallner’s likeness, I thought they’d just made Quentin slightly less awful in their own way 💀 man one of the hottest guys around, they done him dirtyyyy

  5. This is my own guess. I'm wondering if maybe it would've cost too much to get the likness. Sigourney Weaver is a pretty big name and I'm sure that wouldn't come cheap. Though licensing laws themselves are incredibly complicated so who knows

  6. There is a smaller version of the Alien Queen called a pretorian. These are small potential queens that can become one for the next hive or if the current queen dies.
