Leon stabbing the entity to escape the hook is badass.
One of my favorite things that I did was make him kinda unique with some of his base stats. I remembered how Pig used to have I think it was 28 meter terror radius? I thought that'd be a cool idea to have a smaller terror radius on a 115% killer again. Plus it'll help him actually get hits to go towards his power since they have less time to react. Some of the changes you made were also really nice. I also liked the wording. Made it seem like a real power that'd be in the game. Also very glad you liked the perks. Probably one of my favorite parts of creating this one.

I’m hoping for Nemesis, I think it would be interesting if there was large steal crates placed around the map and Nemesis could open these to use a rocket launcher which could allow insta down splash damage in a small radius however there would be minimal shots in the rocket launcher and it would require a cooldown for every shot, when the rocket launcher is out of ammo then Nemesis could drop it on the ground and have to find a new arsenal crate. I suppose his base move could be a terrain breaking charge like Hillbilly but more destructive as seen in the games or a tentacle grab.
This is getting me so hyped for chapter 20 and I'm a resident evil noob! Survivor and killer look amazing!

All the perks seem pretty good
But rookie luck is a bit weak since the kick mechanic is so outdated
Like dude.. the fan base did the work for the devs. Just put it in the game! I also saw a fan-made FNAF chapter as well. Behaviour should make a contest for fan-made killers and then whoever gets the most votes for a killer should have it added to the game.

I really hope they add leon kennedy into dbd as his voice actor died last year at age 56 and he didnt even look 56 but just for the respect!✊ also love resident evil 2 finished both roles as clair and leon so it would be a pleasure to have both claire and leon
This is very cool, i'm hoping that there will be Leon and Claire as survivors not only so it's fair but it also gives respect to the franchise, u should do a series of Chapter Concepts for both licensed and unlicensed Ideas, I have a few in my head but if you decide to go with this I would love to share one of my unlicensed chapter ideas
