Dead By Daylight posted a developer update on their official forums today, detailing all the changes they’re making for the next chapter, which we’ll test in the PTB (public test build) on February 20th, and will be going into the live version of the game in March. They’re changing seven different killers base kits and changing the mangled status effect. Let’s read all about it here together in the blog post.

Clown buff is not a buff. He already had those bottles in the past. They just reverted their nerf. Bhvr loves doing something then undoing it lol.
I wish they would address survivors holding games hostage by hiding when they already lost and out of spite refuse to touch gens.
I cant wait for this and of course this new chapter tommorow! Excited to see what this killer brings to the table of meta perks and how good it will be, and how it could change the future of just how terrifying original chapters could be, regardless, tommorow is going to be one hell of a ptb thats for sure
I typically would complain that every update is killer sided, but (with the exception of one) I am pleased to see some of this killer love. As for that "one," looks like I'll avoid playing against the Huntress even more now than I already do

They still have to take the hat off at some point. You still get the slowdown.
I believe people have forgotten one small detail: you cant escape with a trap on.
The Pig changes for the boxes and extended RBT timer, Huntress hatchet increase, and mangled nerf are all unnecessary imo
As a Pig main, I love my RBTs. I'm not too happy about this.
I feel so pleased knowing I won't find myself again clicking in the middle of a new character's bloodweb, wondering why nothing happens, just to realize one more time the road to Prestige 1 works differently. Best improvement since the search bar, imo. How did we go throughout the bloodweb in the past? I can't even remember the time we maybe spent on that…

Pig buff is good, her RBTs were only a tool to delay a match not to kill with. Hag changes and her addon changes are excellent, idk who I'm their right mind used them as they were more of a detriment to her traps then a benefit. Smaller range means that the survivor will be closer and therefore hag will have a better chance to hit them after tp. Doctor changes are great qol improvements, his power was kinda useless, without the add-ons. I hope his blast will be better now since server latency really made his power have to be set off away more early then you should of had to. Huntress buffs are appreciated but weren't really needed., but hey it makes her a bit better.

They need to leave the Pig alone! As Dwight I survived SIX reverse bear traps! The other night as the pig, I swear every survivor whipped the traps off in less than a minute. The buffs they are giving her won't make up for losing the jigsaw box auras and extended time. #JusticeforPiggy

I know it is a controversial topic since most think this game is survivor side but when are they going to provide any sort of buff to solo Q survivors? It is really rough especially when you lose a few games mostly due to other survivors just plain giving up on first hook. Other than that, most of the purposed changes seem pretty good, thanks as usual for the info Paulie!
Huntress I used to get away from her pretty quickly. But not so sure now. but I might play as her more as well with the changes.

Huntress buff makes no sense. Why are they making killers less punished for holding long range attacks. The whole point of long range attacks is ur trading off movement for a chance at a hit from a distance you normally wouldn’t hit but now there’s no punishment at all
Huntress didnt really need that big of a buff. Shes gonna be really good now
