  9. With the "Notebook of Theories" Add-on, they actually didn't nerf it, it was just very strangely worded on the PTB. On PTB it said "Survivors hit by the UVX are hindered for 5 seconds", which is just a roundabout way of saying that it increased the base hindered duration by 2 seconds, as the base hinder duration on PTB and Live are/were both 3 seconds.

I love the chapter but theirs issues i have with this killer and thats his power the radius is so tiny that if a survivor moves to the right or left just very slightly its a miss and the bouncing hurting this killer like the bounce feels more of a hinder also direct hits need to do something other then hinder cause the hinder is useless imo.
