After waiting far too long, I finally have upgraded to a new computer that can actually keep up with our content creation goals (and more importantly, allow me to hit skillchecks for once). For the time being, I’m keeping my old PC in my living room as a back-up!

I've been playing on a 1050 laptop for 7 years and it's been 60 fps most of the time :)) I understand that other programs are probably the reason for the drops..
Otz played that second game extremely well. Its cool seeing him getting better at survivor. But the Otz t-bag is priceless. He's becoming a survivor main lol

What was the old PC specs and what you got now?
I remember when I switched from a laptop that would get up to 100 degrees celsius that would run Overwatch at 40 fps to a computer for the first time and I went from diamond to top 500 in the same day. It's such a night and day difference, I don't understand how people can say hardware doesn't matter.

if people wanna call DBD a game available for lew end PCs again… think again. seriously, I had a bug unique to low-end pc users when playing the twins. it actually ruined my experience so bad and then they didn't fix it until three months later!

I upgraded recently and I 100% agree, being able to play at 120fps without drops is insanely different

Upgrading to an rtx 4090 and a ryzen 7800X3d was by far the best decision I also made. Gaming actually feels good and you never have to worry about FPS. You can also enjoy any game you want at max settings and truly experience your games the way the graphical designers wanted them to be
Really happy to see you this excited about dbd! I might even come back after two year long break, ive heard the game has gotten better and more enjoyable
