Glad to see you play my favorite killer and her still be viable. I haven't played killer in like 1-2 years so I wouldn't know
4 hooks for one scourge perk is fair, but I think each additional scourge perk should increase the hooks at least by 1 to better increase your odds since you are dedicating more of your build to it.
