  1. It is important to know that most games have clauses in their EULA that generally allow you and other youtubers to upload the game footage, but this can be revoked retroactively if somebody breaks the same EULA which also usually disallows cheating, exploits, reverse engineering etc. So yes in fact it is entirely legal for BHVR to copyright stike a youtubers channel for this. No "fair use" does not apply in cases like that. Cheaters videos usually do not meet the standard of a journarlistic reporting. It is nice to see them taking action. So folks if you see cheaters on any social media platform please report the content and send links to the game studios. That way you can help get rid of those children.

  2. Your honor, I may have used cheats in theirs games (splash water in face for tears) but I am a legit player and content creator!
I wanna know what judge gonna be like "oh really, ye no you probobly right so I rule in your favour" 😆

  3. "This is not a fight you are going to win", They don't want to fully win, they want to keep banning you and having you give them money for a new game. BHVR is the one that is winning here. Cheating has been more profitable to game devs than just flat out IP/Hardware ID banning people or using proper intrusive anti-cheats.

  5. Lol seen this stupid shit on twitter, the first dude is such a fucking geek bro. Don't know how someone could act like this and get away with it for the longest time, I'm glad that they finally did something about this loser. He's a complete social reject, and I wish the worst for him.

  6. Fun fact: The first one is someone I've been keeping an eye on for many many months. I actually got him in a fair few of my early AM games, sometimes his bot, rarely him. Dude was CONVINCED, LAUGHING that he legally was protected. Laughed at me when I told him what he's doing is technically illegal. Like the whole 'HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH ASDFASDGJNRTS' insert slurs n insinuations of basements type of insults n response, the whole shebang.

It amuses me that he's now wailing away on Twitter that he's safe and protected. He's on TikTok now, I guess he thinks it wont have the same shit happen? lol

  7. once again abuse of the YouTube copyright system. Hate them as much as you want but their videos shouldn't have been claimed. copyright law has nothing to do with cheating in a game. "but second youtuber also abused the system" well yeah it may be justified but that doesn't exactly make it right.

  8. I do wonder if theres a case to be made if your legitimately BANNED from a game, and not allowed to access it if it would fly in court like going into a store that you stole a pack of gum and received a lifetime ban from.
Would it technically be illegally trespassing onto 'digital property' that you were removed from? Its an interesting thought. Using said digital property that your no longer welcome on and making any form of video using said digital property could potentially be a remarkable thing that exists. I'm for it tbh. If your banned from a game and the Devs say "no, you broke our ToS so your no longer allowed to use our game in any form of access/media" and you go around that, they should be allowed to fight back.

  9. Thank god. I'm glad they're both gone, ESPECIALLY the first guy.

I genuinely can't understand why you would go after people because of their race/orientation/etc and try and turn it into "content." It was just so stupid…

  10. I have noticed BHVR knocking out the harassment and cheating reports and really taking action. Had two blatant cheaters and one harasser just a few days ago and I was already sent a message about each one. I'm proud of them and thankful they're taking it more seriously now.

  11. People going to court over dbd is hilarious 😂 putting that much time and effort into this stupid unstable game 😂 I already quit playing because it's clearly survivor sided and the developers seem to be high af all the time with their dumb updates 😂
