The idea with the build is to punish survivors whatever decide to do.
Third Seal will make it easier to down and slug survivors with Victor after first hitting them with Charlotte. Should they destroy it, you can erect Pentimento and slow their gen speed. Are they to boon your totems? Destroy them. This is a build which always has value and is tons of fun.
