Crazy idea for new killer:
They use ink as their primary weapon , they can cover crows in ink and use them as cameras across the map. There would likely be a limit to this and the ink could infect survivors like the plague.
This is based on the crows appearing as paint in the teaser and the black ink like arms of the killer leak

Just from what we know of the survivor and killer, I would suspect that the killer is the artist and is C. Mora. As when translated in French, C. Mora is referred to by female pronouns. Therefore, I think the article is referring to the killer. With all this I think that this chapter is gearing up to have interesting lore. Given that the killer is from Chile in the 1970s, there is the potential for a politically charged backstory mixed with the black vale. Chile in the 70s-80s was a very politically turbulent time. And given that the killer is described as painting politically radical murals, I think this is not coincidence and she will be a political protester of some kind. Given the connection to the black vale, I think she will be one of two things, either she will be protesting the government of Chile and in an attempt to do this she will get involved with the Black Vale/Entity in an attempt to gain power so that she may stop injustice, or she will be protesting a corporation (Chile in the 1970s/80s has rampant deregulation so corporations could make a profit) that is controlled by the Black Vale (The Black Vale is said to control corporations and agencies from the shadows) and will be "disappeared" by the black vale and experimented on. The survivor is also interesting, the code name for the survivor is "CIA agent" a very interesting name given the setting of Chile. The CIA in South America has helped orchestrate many coups, including the rightfully elected president of Chile Salvador Allende (Note: In the 1970s). So I find it strange that the survivor, who are usually the more good side from a lore perspective, would be a CIA agent, as from a historical perspective, the CIA has done great harm to the country of Chile and its people.
