I would rather spend the rest of my life playing League of Legends than continue playing with these toxic ass players dude. atleast in League you can mute them, and if they throw you can still potentially win.
I have played so many DBD games recently where one of our rando survivors gets hooked or downed ONCE and they DC/give up on hook and it makes the game infinitely harder.

What the woman thay got ban is breaking cyberbullying laws thag were put into place by the us government in 2019. The woman that got ban broke laws by doing this because the poor woman that was being bullyied used twitch meaning it was a job as well as fun meaning the bullie could be charged with both slander as well as deflammation of character. The bullie that got ban disirves alot more then being ban kf I was the woman that got bullied I'd presume lawsuit as a means to make a excample out of the bulie in hope that other toxic people and bullies would think twice b4 being rude,nasty,disrespectful,hatful and bullying

Do I agree that this person was out of line and excessive and repulsive? Of course. Do I think these kind of people should be banned. OF COURSE! The only time I have a problem with the free speech issue, is if people are getting arrested and things like that over words that don't directly incite violence or harm.
The "free speech" arguement only works if Twitch catered to American's only. The rest of the world don't get the luxury of free speech shields and that is basically why these platforms just don't allow that as an arguement to break TOS because it isn't world-wide applicable.
