  1. VHS, where the big, bad killer has to be afraid of literal teens with guns and run away from them. I want competition for DBD, but DBD still won't have serious competition for many more years.

  2. VHS is coming out in golden moment, due to hackers, hit validation, grabs not being a thing end general toxicity of big chunk of players. I'm too lazy and like dbd theme and lore too much to go for another game, but I hope a lot of people will actually go for it.

  3. I’ve heard a lot of people say that VHS looks to cartoony, which, it has way better graphics than DBD, but it’s just the art style. Also that because the Teens can harm the Monster that it’ll be just like playing DBD killer and getting bullied. This game is more like evolve than anything, and they have taken into account that people will be SWF and use comms, they’ve balanced the game around it. Have any of you actually seen the gameplay? Once they’ve done enough damage for one damage type you get a very nice grace period to recollect yourself. Also it forces the best part of DBD, the chases, your goal is each other.

  4. Right? There was no notice when usually they give us notice. They announce it the same day(or around) that VHS sent out a notification saying the Beta is going live tomorrow(aka today). 😂😂

  5. So they're Blizzarding it? Just try your best to drown on people noticing the competition? Ironically it's the Streisand Effect, this makes me more interested in VHS than if they hadn't "responded" at all.

  6. If you and other content creators maybe take a bit of a break from dbd and maybe when VHS comes out switch to that for a week or two, maybe your fans will also switch to VHS content or even play VHS, causing behavior to lose players and money and just MAYBE they'll actually try and make their game better.

  7. I haven't really enjoyed what I've seen of VHS (still gonna give it a go since it's free when it comes out), but if it gets the DbD devs off their ass to actually address things then I'm beyond cool with it. Unfortunately, blood points are worthless to me. I have the perks I want on the survivors/killers I like. Double BP just means I can peg my already peaked BP against the ceiling even harder. Fingers crossed, but who the fuck are we kidding. DbD's gonna be A-OK even with the competition that VHS brings.
