The killer is an original character created by Behaviour that comes from the For Honor universe, kinda like Ghostface. This character will also be introduced in FH too.
And then for cosmetics, there are generic knight, viking and samurai outfits, and also an Apollyon skin.
Lot of options for fans of the game if, even if some of this doesn't come out!

"Inspired" meaning that it doesn't mean it's going to be a full on licensed chapter. Look back at what we saw with the All-Kill chapter. BHVR and a Kpop group both collaborated to make the chapter, yet the chapter itself is 100% original. That might be the same thing we'll see here. This is just a speculation, but DBDLeaks's wording in that tweet seems to be hinting at that.
