The new genetic limits also counters overcome, because overcome only actives once you get hit, but it deactivates when exhausted, so this makes overcome useless.
predator might be top tier on spirit now as phasing automatically makes you quit chase, and it be good info if the survivor hides especially when heathy or using iron will. win win situation
This is totally the worst balancing update theyve done, but some things are okay. Genetic limits can counter survivors who use overcome or lithe. And im so happy machine learning compromises the first gen you damage.
I love the new Deathbound for destroy solo q players with slugging killers like Oni or Twins
Bruh just nerf all gen slowdown perks now , and literally change perk who promote tunneling gameplay …. Good job bhvr👏

Ok…after rewatching the killer perks changes, none of these should go live as it is;
– Genetic Limits is not what I had in mind, at least give it a 60 seconds cooldown after a survivor becomes injured
– Leverage is good, but the duration is definitely too low, it should be at least 60 seconds
– I like the idea behind THWACK! rework, however the range and aura reading nerfs overkill everything else, at least one of these should be reverted
– Machine Learning is probably one of the few good ones, it took them ages to address this perk
– Deathbound needs a rework, this change only makes the perk more problematic; just leave the perk as it is in live and swap the Oblivious Status Effect with Hindered, it would make it more appealing without being too controversial (imo)
– Zanshin Tactics is now braindead; I personally think the idea is not horrible, but the duration is definitely too much, it shouldn't be more than 3 seconds (it would still be really good)
– I was ok with DMS at first, but now I came to the conclusion that the perk didn't really need any nerf; if any, just give it the Deadlock treatment and nerf the duration by 5 seconds, instead of making it almost totally useless
– Blood Echo is another one that I liked at first, but now I think it's still pretty niche; even here, the 5 seconds treatment would have been enough instead of a 15 seconds nerf (the cooldown remove is good tho)
– Crowd Control is ok, and yet I personally think it didn't need any urgent change to begin with, I used to use it on Nurse and never complained about it, also killers like Oni or Chucky are really good with it
– Predator is braindead pt.2; give it at least a 2 minutes cooldown and we may talk about it
