  1. Can’t agree with that whispers is a bad perk on Doc. He heavily relies on static blast for finding survivors and applying pressure. Whispers ensures that static hits someone (unless lockers). It makes impossible to waste one of his KEY features with a crippling cd. Not talking about it helps in mid- and late game to define where you should patrol.
    Distressing is overkill though.

  2. Whispers is not a bad perk on doctor, it guarantees a level up survivors madness level which can be pretty strong with certain addons or situations (like a gen about to pop), it also can show you if there's a survivor hiding on a looker, which is something that survivors commonly do against doctors.

  3. Whispers is never a bad perk. Idc what anyone says. That perk has come in clutch so many times. It's worth it just for knowing which door the last survivor is at when you end up in situations like that.

  4. A lot of people have said this already reading through the comments, but I remember commenting before that I don't like using Whispers because on certain maps with multiple floors, I get thrown off by if survivors are upstairs or downstairs. That being said, Whispers is probably one of the better perks to use on Doctor (probably without Distressing though, but that's just me – Distressing is also kinda decent on Doctor for static blast synergy), since with his Static Blast, you can pinpoint more or less where survivors are. Doubly so if it's a two-story map like The Game or Midwich.

  5. I run whispers on Dr. because it assures me Static blast isn't a waste when I use it and if I don't get a hit then it gives me anticipation they're in a locker.

Distressing is just overkill/ a waste if you're already using Whispers.

Overcharge on its own is kind of a waste though especially if you're really not going to kick gens.

To the Dr player I'd say switch out Distressing and overcharge. Don't know what perks you have available for him at the moment but definitely switch those out

As well I do kind of feel like the Dr. Player cared a little too much of getting pallet shocks. I'd say just crack the pallets but force the survivor into a dead zone side so that when you crack it, they don't have too much to work with.

    * on occasion I do like using Brutal strength on Dr since usually survivors pre drop pallets in chase so I like being able to crack them faster
