A fan-made gameplay concept for a Five Nights at Freddy’s chapter in Dead By Daylight. Includes a new map, Survivor and Killer.

This project, like all of my previous has been made in the Unity game engine. I have recreated the base game so that I can implement custom content into it like this.

  1. Long awaited, here it finally is as promised some time ago. Special thanks to the extremely talented RiceBatt for providing the Memento Mori animation included in the video!

    We took some extra time to improve the concept in numerous ways, which is one of the reasons why it took a little longer to release. Most notably we've updated the map and extended the character backstories up until Security Breach, so the lore is a little different from the one in our Spotlight video. Feel free to take a read, WheatDraws had put a lot of effort into writing them.

    We also slightly changed up one perk, Backstage Horrors. We've given it a small cooldown so that it wouldn't work nearly as frequently when facing a survivor using Witness to Truth.

    This will likely be our last 'full killer gameplay' type of video, as we have now moved onto the Spotlight format entirely. It will also be our last video on Five Nights at Freddy's, unless we revisit certain franchises at some point in the far future. Let me know if that's something you'd like.

  2. this is genuinely the coolest concept i have ever seen! The music the mori, even the bladewipe animation of springtrap fixing his axe has so much character and personality!! its simple, but charming, which is exactly what FNAF is supposed to be! Incredible job on this!

  3. I really like the attention to detail in the perks and add-ons section, instead of just putting random stuff down, Rarithlynx and Co. took the time to write all of the descriptions down

  4. If this map was in the real game it would 100% be one of the maps the Survivors escape in the most, because of the sheer size of it.
    But seriously this concept was one of my favorites and I loved watching this.
    Hope you are still having fun making these and I can't wait for the Slenderman concept.

  5. it was a great game video. Burntrap skin is very cool, it burns mori, it was worth the wait. it was the most beautiful game video I've ever seen. I hope we see it on its 6th anniversary. thank you to the whole team.

    No but in all seriousness this was really well done my only question is why a fire axe for a weapon?
    Oh and you should get undetectable for at least 12/14/16 seconds base and that's me still leaving it on the weaker side if you want it to truly be good I'd have it be 20/25/30 that way you can get some actual value from it
