Let's be honest here, the 2nd and 3rd perks would probably be nerfed after complaints in the PTB or 1st week if BHVR were to added Pennywise

Manifest feels like it'll just become a Freddy situation where it's just leave balloon near gen, manifest when tinkerer hits and hit the gen with pop
I love the power I love the abilities however the name seems a little bit off… I would think a name such as the dead lights would probably work since that’s the same thing they did with pinhead
before i looked at the comments i was like "haha this guy sounds a lot like dead meat" and im so glad it is him.
