Dead By Daylight posted what is presumably yet another teaser for Chapter 31 on their Instagram stories account today. This one is a group text exchange between members of the “movie crew”, concerning a missing camper and some strange looking photos found on the missing person’s phone. Let’s read through the exchange on the Instagram story on their page, look at the photos and discuss! Welcome to my Tinfoil Talk!

The new chapter content will be revealed when Steam players get to test new content in the PTB (Public Test Build) on Tuesday February 20th. But this seems to be the first teaser with clues as to what can we expect in Chapter 31 for this new content, which will have a new killer, a new survivor, and a new map!

  3. what i think is that you take a close look at ALL the photos. you MAY be missing something and as for the "sock" what IF it isnt an object.. but the out line is a FRAME , framing whats inside ? just MHO…OH and the last photo looks like a pair of cloven hooves

  4. The strange thing about the hand is that 2 fingers look human while the middle one looks very monster-like. Seems like a mix of hag and maybe something else that mimics a survivor's voice and so on? But then again, i don't want to put too much expectations because people were saying legion was gonna be "skinwalker" and look at where that ended up xD Love the original killers precisely because of these teasers haha!

  5. The picture from today's teaser kind of looks like a pair of hands. To me, the drawing from yesterday looks like a dismembered Kate Denson torso or the torso of a statue with the Entity claws grabbing it.

  8. i heard stories about "greenville's sasquatch" but i don't think they would add a bigfoot a skinwalker of some sort makes more sense with it imitating (altho i heard ppl say folklore about "sasquatches" imitating people)

  11. I really hope it’s still a doppelgänger I’ve wanted one for ages and it would get me back into pvp again (I only play custom) not necessarily to kill survivors but just freak them out/jumpscare them

  20. So, I know I've seen a lot of people saying that the image is either finger nails and that could for sure be true and, it probably is but, let me throw my crazy tinfoil hat in the ring. I see them less as nails/claws and more so like, as disgusting as it sounds, almost like fleshy hairless spider legs or extendable appendages.

  25. unpopular theory, but it might be a vampire? All of the attacks happened at night, vampires can sometimes do voice mimicry. They hate dogs too plus they can mess with someone's mind, probably causing the guy to dra that eird stuff. Also tall, big teeth, long fingernails and pail skin are all giveaays. The main point for me tho is when in the diner the girl closed the door the creature couldnt enter or didn't bust in.
