My friend had a cool theory that this past halloween event was experimental for a possible vecna upside down ability with the portals to the other dimension
I dont know if they are gonna give a under age character a gun outside of a school… at least they fall from a school bus. I dont know… i dont care… i write because its free
I sure hope it's returning. I was a latecomer to DBD and so missed the chapter and the Hawkins map entirely. Not even watched the show yet myself but having the ST content back in DBD would certainly increase my desire to watch the show.
I do miss the Hawkins map
I really hope it’s true, as I missed out on the stranger things DLC and the cosmetics, to get all the original characters, skins, and possibly the Hawkins map
to finally be able to buy all be phenomenal!.
As for new content for stranger things I would like to vecna as main the killer.
For survivors I am thinking Eddie, Robin, Joyce, Hopper.
It would be great to bring the kids as older now maybe as legendary skins:
Max, will, Lucas, Mike, Dustin, 11 without her powers,
Map Hawkins mall, vecna’s upside down world, the Victor Creed house.
i began playing DBD heavily when this chapter dropped <3 at the time i felt "meh" about Hawkins but now with certain recent maps I MISS IT lol. I welcome it back into rotation so we have more variety. I hope we get the license back and maybe get another chapter like RE did
I’d be happy with DbD bringing back the OG stranger, maybe get Hopper and Joyce as legendary skins but I’d love to get Eddie and Robin as their own characters alongside Vecna as the Killer for a chapter 2
I feel like that dimension we enter in the Halloween event could kind of be a dimension for strangers thing we get another map. If vecna were to come out it would work almost like Freddy clock and dream world so it isn't entirely impossible to do. And then the video you made back about the house and the upside down clock when the dredge came out seem to be accurate especially for how the red clouds look almost the same as stranger things. And just the house by its self just sets the tone. But we'll see half of me definitely feels like it's possible.

I just started playing DBD about a month ago, and was very sad to see i missed out on Stranger Things ! I really want a Steve character and to have a Hopper would be amazing! I am praying to the gaming gods that the rumors are true!

According to Netflix the IP will never be licenses to Behavior again. They made this very clear after the stunt Behavior pulled. This has nothing to do with EPIC games who did NOT screw over Netflix in the licensing deal. It will never return as long as Netflix current CEO is the same according to every legit source.
Would you also be happy if chapter 30 was Predator with a Stranger Things return? do you think one would outshine the other? (affecting sales)
I wanna believe it too cause I loved to play on Hawkins! I have the ST DLC since it was released but I got no hope Netflix will go back on their word since we all know they don't care. For example, once The OA (their original TV show) got canceled, ppl stood on their door, starving, protesting, manifesting for it to comeback… it didn't! And it won't cause they never go back on their word, I hate that company.
The more I think about it, the more certain I feel. The Steve and Nancy bots on the live stream, the perks appearing in the shrine that one time, the few Demo updates we've had and now this. I really hope we get some news on Monday.

I'm frustrated with the fact that BHVR don't Add many more maps with different aesthetics or environments…
Hawkins Laboratory Underground Complex Map was my favourite Map because it felt so different from the other generic maps… The Worst Maps designwise are Decimated Borgo and Backwater Swamp in my opinion, I really miss Hawkins Laboratory map design, it felt so different from the others, with only Lery's Memorial Institute being close to that unique and specific map, I think we need more diverse maps like these that I mentioned, We need more diversity in the category of maps, because DBD have many more maps which in my opinion are pretty much the same, and indoor maps are very unique and authentic, because the scare factor it's much more unpredictable and impactful in these indoor maps environments If you ask me.. So please Mathieu Cote, make it possible that one day we will get more unique and authentic Maps, instead of our generic Maps that we already have, I know that BHVR can be more creative with Maps, so please make it happen…
