My best guess is that this will be a Killer that uses some type of tools that will in some way torment the Survivors.
Again, I'm just theory crafting.

No guess work anymore it's clearly a machine of some kind, you can hear hydrolics and gears moving. Cyborg, robot, or re animated half undead half machine
Tbh I really like the idea of a robot-esque killer. That sound design kills!!
yet again I am getting the Terminator Vibes this killer might be a robotic killer and that might be a good thing because of it is i can think of a legendary skin for a him the terminator or one of the killers from five nights of freddy's. anyway I am getting very hyper this chapter and it's making me Hyper for the anniversary. which makes me believe that at the anniversary is going to be license just my guess. I find it interesting that Legion is getting their own comic. they are like the scary version of Suicide Squad .would like to see Legion to make a guest appearance in Injustice 3 as fighters same with the trickster if the game ever comes. that would be sick.

You can hear servos activating. It's def a machine based killer. Maybe some kind of a.i. skull that walks around in a spider vehicle?
It certainly sounds like electronic servos and actuators to me.
What time does the PTB start for PT?
To me it sounds like when a small flying drone taking off and I’ve always wanted the idea of a killer that can have a birds eye perspective on the map I doubt it will be simply due to the amount of programming it will need but it would be awesome

There's been a further leak showing the visuals of what the killer and survivors look like. Thalita is wearing a tye-die t-shirt and a yellow ribbon in her hair. The killer has a silver mask covering half of her face and short black hair. Hopefully if the leak isn't a hoax, they look pretty good and it all fits in with the drone theory and the look of the killer fits what we've seen so far.
