For anyone wondering, you just need to have the exit gates powered while you're a survivor to get the crown, this includes when the hatch opens, not when it's closed, so the last survivor will get it guaranteed. I don't know how killers get it exactly, it might be 2 kills? If someone knew I would appreciate you telling me
