Now that the main leaker has stepped down we are going to see a ton of people try to fill their shoes. The thing is many people in the DBD community don't want an entire year worth of content leaked……… again.
At this stage when it comes to DBD leaks I'm only interested if Walking Dead, FNaF or F13 come to the game
With Walking Dead it can be the TV series or Telltale game it can also be both but Telltale is owned by Skybound as its tied to the comic universe and is canon with that
I can also predict things.

The main reason I don’t think the leak is real is because of the “employee”’s story. If it was true then this is the dumbest employee I’ve seen in a while. With how many details they’ve given it would be easy for BHVR to track them down and give them the legal hammer.

The chances of this leaks being fake are astronomically high, but the concept of an Alien chapter makes part of me hope to not be fake

Big pill to swallow with the Alien franchise. It's never coming to DBD. It's just too unlikely given how many active projects that there are, currently.
Alien is currently set to release.. A TV series by FX — A game called Alien: Dark Descent — A movie directed by Fede Álvarez — And another AAA game, also rumoured to be in development.
That combined with the ongoing development of Aliens: Fireteam Elite by Cold Iron Studios — And the numerous comic book serieses that Marvel is publishing…
One thing should be clear: Disney recently acquired the franchise (along with everything else from FOX)…
…And now, they are taking every opportunity to flood that franchise with new content, themselves.
Disney is notoriously greedy, so it's hardly ever likely the franchise will see an appearance in another game that the company cannot manage strictly.
The other elephant in the room is that it would be incredibly challenging to incorporate the Xenomorph to flow with DBD's blueprint in gameplay
A lot of things that are iconic to the Xenomorph (Wall Crawling. Animalistic Sprint. Crawling through vents) just don't fit into DBD or what BHVR is capable of creating.

It's more likely (given the activity of the franchise) to see the Predator franchise be incorporated into DBD.
Prey 2 is only just begun being discussed — A comic series is set to release by Marvel — And Predator: Hunting Grounds' development has stagnated down to irregular updates and DLC skins.
It's also simpler, mechanically, for BHVR to successfully replicate. And due to the recent depiction in Prey – opens up avenues for BHVR to depower the Predator with reasonability.

I've been saying this a lot and I'll keep on saying it about this, it's a huge "wait and see" scenario. If we do start seeing job postings "soon" and if Alien does indeed get revealed as the anniversary in mid-April with the same characters and everything THEN we can start believing this more wholeheartedly. Right now, I'm not jumping on either boat, I've seen people immediately saying this is "100% true no questions asked" and then I've seen the other side who try and nitpick legit everything to try and discredit it. It's just a 50/50 coinflip if it's real or not as of now. It will be very funny if this turns out to be true though because, in my experience, whenever a big mass of people think a leak is real it turns out fake and then if a big mass of people think something is fake… it turns out to be real. xD
I'll say this though, there's two major red flags with this. Number one is that OP says that they hate leaks and DBDLeaks because they completely ruined surprises and even has had chapters/updates be affected by it… then proceeds to leak stuff. I guess that one can be chopped up though because of the higher ups at BHVR and the crunch they put on them for chapters and health updates so, they're just trying to get their licks in. The second red flag though is, seriously, we're getting Alien, possibly FNAF and possibly Jason all within the next year? Like, that just screams "wishlist" to me.

You know it's fake because everything they "leaked" is either something that's been talked about in the past or something highly requested/anticpated.
And BHVR basically never does anything that is highly requested or anticipated.
