2 DS3 Vids coming up :), I’ve been enjoying DBD recently and though it was worth sharing this moment.
This encounter reminds me a lot of PvP’ers in Dark Souls 3 fighting you until they start losing, and then fleeing to the boss fog wall and waiting for you to come close so they could tease you with emotes. Despite this, on rare occasions you are somehow are able to kill them before they escape.

I heard about a similar game with survivors pitched against either one or two murderers, where the PVP wasn't so balanced, and the survivors could be toxic shits running around boxes and barrels and basically reverse bullying the murderers. Was this game it, or am I thinking of something else?
There's no point in not using your ability when it's off cooldown. Just use it, your red stain will disappear as well as your Terror Radius, while your ability will also warn you of anyone looking directly at you
so is this like the game that ds3 invaders play when they want to try and scratch the itch with another game besides souls?
